Didn't like it at first BUT....

When i first played this game last Christmas, for the first time, i thought "oh my goodness, how do you play this! "...this is a mario game but at that time i wasn't feeling too well and the strange appearance of the game made my head spin.

As a result, i played tomb Raider:TLR insetad. Happy to tell you that today, i'd rather play this game than Tomb Raider.

Well, it's like a board game but much more fun. Lot's of minigames, lots of chances to shout and swear (not that i'm telling you to) but it's all good-natured fun.

The characters look kind of silly (esp Yoshi and Peach who look like circus rejects)but i don't think the purpose of playing a mario game (or any decent video game) is to see hunks and babes.

However, this game falls short of Mario Kart replay glory 'cause the formula can get tired at times.

But if you want a solid first-party party game, then this is it. I haven't played GoldenEye 007 or Perfect Dark yet- so as far as pure multiplayer mania is concerned, this is number 2 next to Mario kart 64.

Yes, it's that good.

Graphics- 9.5 out of 10. Mario Party has great graphics, but sometimes it is fuzzy and sometimes it freezes. Controls- 9.5 out of 10. All the controls are easy and simple, but when you play pedal power, the control stick tears your palm apart! Gameplay Variety- 10 out of 10. Mario Party is a great multiplayer game and is really simple to unterstand. This game deserves a perfect 10.

This game is action packed fun! It is fun to play with 1,2,3, or 4 players. It has great mini games, and many different styles of board games. The mini games are the best part of the game. Everyone gets to participate in them, and there are a lot of mini games to choose from. I highly recommend you to buy this game.

Mario party is a great game. It is best played with at least 2players. the minigames are the best part because they require skill. The best board is Yoshi's Island. The point is to get the most stars and coins.This is a great game You should try it out.

The only really great part of this game are the mini-games. The rest of the time, you just wait for the other players to take their turns. After each player has gone one turn, then you all play against each other in a mini game. The two really bad things about this game are: (1), The computer players cheat A LOT! (2), A couple of the mini games are very bad for your controller, and can give you a burn in your palm, because they involve moving your controller around in circles (and you have to do it vigourosly or otherwise you'll lose). So, if you are going to buy this game, you should have a lot of patience! But, overall, it is fun.

I absolutely adore this game. It is filled with fun. I believe this game would fit appropriotly with the analogy: board game. It will draw your family close together and provide much quality time with one another.

It is a wonderful game to play. I love the game a whole lot. I have not seen a game as good as this one. All of my friends want to buy the game. It is the bast game ever.

Mario Party 64 is not a great game. It has only limited levels, so the replay value is not very great, and the sound is pretty annoying, this game would have gotten four stars, but the excessive game time blew the extra star away; the shortest number of turns you can play is 20, which takes more than 45 minutes.
