I hadn't really heard a lot about this game before I purchased it but I usually like Star Wars games just based on the universe that it is set in. Most of the games have flaws but you play them for the experience of being one of the characters from the movies. This game was very fun and decently long. I liked how you progressed through the game with force powers and you can eventually choose dual lightsabers or a staff. The beginning of the game is very tedious and boring because your force powers aren't really advanced yet and your only enemies are storm troopers that do nothing but shoot and miss you and then you swing your lightsaber at them once and they are dead. But later on you get to fight a lot of other jedis and this is when the game gets really fun. You have to figure out different ways to kill these jedi because you can't always beat them just swinging your lightsaber(s). I liked to force grip them in the air and throw my lightsaber at them. The graphics are a little choppy and aren't the best for xbox and the gameplay is a little repetitive but if you like Star Wars games then you should give this one a try. It is worth buying because it's a little long and you can try the light and dark paths. Plus if you have xbox live there are good multiplayer games.

This game is to similar to JK Outcast. Apart from the fact that you are not playing as Kyle this felt like the same thing. I was more like an expqansion than a new game. Not that JK Oucast was bad, its just old.
Also the Quake 3 engine is really showing its age. I woudl reccomend this game if you have not played JK Outkast, otherwise stay away from it.
Unless you like multipalyer, the Xbox live play is fun.
a great arcade starwars game!

I recently bought this game and was thoroughly disappointed. Even though it's an XBox game, I've seen as good, if not better graphics on the N64. The controls are a bit awkward also. There is also no way to save unless you are in a level. I'd say it's worth the $9 I paid for it though.

This game in my opinion is the best star wars game ever.i tried KOTOR, and no good. Its way to confusing after awhile and too much of a RPG, I love them but thats all Ive been playing lately, so Im bored with them. This is a awsome hack and slash game with the greatest controls ever.Except for the poor graphics everything is nice.SWEET LIGHTSABER FIGHTS and cool customizing options (you get to make your own character and lightsaber)!!!!!!!!!!Overall, buy this star wars fan or not you will love it.Sad when its over though...........

I rented this game, and boy, am I glad. The graphics are blocky and unrealistic. The gameplay overall is generally fun, with helpful first-person shooting and third-person lightsaber combat. However, lightsaber combat is basically hacking at each other until eventually one keels over and dies, pressing the button over and over until you win. Often I found it difficult to know what the heck I was supposed to do/where I was supposed to go. The controls are simple, but basically you use the two thumbsticks and the fire button. That's all. If you feeel like a semi-fun Star Wars experience, go out and rent this game, but don't waste your hard earned money on yet another one of Lucas Arts moneymaking scams that only exists because Star Wars is in the name.

I bought this game without reading any reviews, which is very unlike me. I decided to buy it because I was very impressed with Jedi Outcast, Knights of the Old Republic, and other recent Star Wars games, also, it was only thirty bucks. When I first played the game I was very impressed with the graphics, the sound, and the levels. I found the default controlls to be a little weird but... Overall it is a must buy for all Star Wars fans and has entertained me for hours, and hours to come.....thanks for reading.
