The graphics are great etc. So are the girls. What I want to know is how do you get to the link to enter a cheat code. I did not find it in the book or on the game disk it's self. Yet Zack talks about a secret shop. So I know there must be a link to the cheat code screen. If anyone knows it please share it. Thanks

This game, if you really want to call it that, is really quite bad. When I think of a good volleyball game I think of "Kings Of The Beach" for NES. It's really quite sad that a game from 20 years ago on a 8 bit system blows away this 128 bit pile. The game play is so inconsistent you'll be lucky if you can even serve the ball over the net let alone spike the ball without it hitting the net. If you have to dive for the ball chances are that you'll still be getting up when it's hit back to you, and trying to get your partner to actually show some teamwork with you is nearly impossible. The scoring is not done right and you don't really have time to form relationships with your partner to get them to work better with you. I actually had the most fun playing the "Hopping" mini game, not because it was so fun, but more because I could actually win while playing. I also thought the casino part sucked but I don't really like gambling anyway. On the plus side the girls are hot and seeing them in different swim suits is nice, but really I was looking for a "Volleyball" game, so I guess I'll just stick with my "Outlaw Volleyball" (which is a good game but still flawed), and bust out the NES to play "Kings Of The Beach" when I want to play a really good V-ball game.

Though people who think I hate good clean fun are wrong, they're not totally wrong. This is one of those controversial games that parents absolutely despise, and that's one of the reasons I love this game. The graphics are still damn good, even after its release four years ago, the volleyball gameplay is still solid, the breast physics are still very noticeable(although not as noticeable as they are in DOAX 2 for Xbox 360), it's still a lot of fun to gamble(I love blackjack), and it's still fun to shop, recruit partners, do pool hop, relax, watch videos, get sent gifts, and it still has an excellent soundtrack to go along with its beach themes. If you own DOAX 2 for the 360, and you have never played this game, you'll love it. Oh, and people who hate me for my review of The Bible Game; SHOVE IT! I'll continue to enjoy my inappropriate games that are violent and sexual.

I can play this game for hours!!!!!

This game was alot better than when I first bought it. Its not really considered a volleyball game with many things to do on the island. I have to admit that I really like the volleyball action, it can get intense after the first week of the two week vacation. Winning all that money at the end of a victory can be fun, going shopping when I'm not playing a match and buying presents to the other gals in the game. The option that I really liked the best was being able to play your own music tracks by copying them onto the XBOX, instead of listening to the same old pop music already in the game. I didn't really like the casino to much because I lose alot of my hard earned money. Other than that this game is a must for anybody even for females because of the girly things to do.

This game is suppose to be all eyecandy, but even as a girl I found the game fun and cute.
Basically what you do is play volleyball, collect swimsuits and try give them to another girl.
I thought collecting swimsuits was fun, a lot of swimsuits are really cute and some very beautiful (especially Mint Frappe).
I usually don't like string, but the swimsuits with them had nice colors and looked really good, so I even collected them.
Some swimsuits are really cheap while some can be a bit expensive, there are also other things like nailpolish, food and stuff you can give the other girls. I've spend about 30+ hours on this game.

I'll admit it, as a guy, I got this game for the boobies and the commercials utterly sold me on just how crazy appealed this game was. I hadn't bought an XBOX prior to this game but I had friends who had one so I never had the reason to buy one since they brought it over ALL the time. Once I moved and had money, I ended up getting my own XBOX, this game being my actual first purchase towards entertainment value to that XBOX... and I was not disappointed.

So it's cheesy and ideally subjective to the masculine audience of men and their oogly sensation to see overly beautiful women... but so is a large margin of the gaming industry's aesthetic that appeals. I'd like to quote the creator of the DOA franchise and his reason for making this game, "Sex sells, therefore, selling sex is easy." Or something along those lines and he was right but I was somewhat fooled as I began playing the game because at first I was caught up by watching my favorite DOA women strutting around in bikinis and the beach... then it appealed to me that there was an actual volleyball game bestowed in this. I got myself into the game and sooner than I believed, I actually found myself screaming at my AI controlled partner for not having saved the ball when it was all hers.

I even got my dad to play with and against me in the game and he didn't once comment on anything about the assumed vulgar content of women flashingly strutting around in their bikinis and physics-endowed bosom bouncing around... the game is just outright fun! Alot of other people may disagree with me but I love this game and the only time my fiancee hated me playing this game was when she tried playing against me and lost, ha ha!

This game has been called all sorts of things, and criticized in many different ways, as well as complimented in many different ways.

I always knew, from the get go, I would love this game! From the minute I heard about it! And that feeling held true after I had received it. I truly enjoyed this game!

The volleyball action is surprisingly easy and fun to play. It is very quick pick up and play fun. I know this game has been rated mature, but I have been playing this with my son since he was around 2. It really is fun.

Speaking of my son, his favorite minigame has to be the hopping game. Now, the trick is to skip across the pool, but for him, its a much more fun to fall into the water. He can do that again and again, and never grow tired of it. He never wins, but in the end, isn't it all about fun!

I, on the other hand, love the gift exchange and "girlfriend" sim fun. I also enjoy the gambling. My son likes the part on the roulette game, when the asian figure falls down on the table on the chosen winning space, and calls out !!!!YAH!!!! He loves to play that over and over again too!

I would recommend this game for any male gamer who enjoys female companionship, and videogames. Must also like playing dress up (with the character.)

I gave it this title becasue when you hear someone talking about a hot girl in a video game, you always think they have no life right? well i do, but this game is an exeption. the graphics are increadible like other DOAs, so these girls look as real as you can get from an Xbox, and thats pretty real. but if you get turned on by girls of GTA and other games, then you have no life. but these girls are HOT. every one of them. if you don't think these girls are hot, then your problebly gay. if your not gay and still don't think they arnt hot, well then you must amdit they look pretty good for a game system. I don't own this game ONLY because of the veiw, but the game play in it with volleyball is fun, and simple. if you get confused, well, your excuse better be you were distracted by the view otherwise you have no right to own a game system period. Back to the girl aspect, all of these girls have perfect knockers. not pointed, or spaced apart, but perfect. though some could use bigger racks. but thats what Tina's for. she has the biggest, most perfect rack i'v ever saw in a game. Iv seen bigger, but those boobs make the chicks look like a freak, but tina is a 30 out of 10. not to mention you will see some pretty sexy stuff that these girls will do in this game. but the sexiest is the watching the boobs juggle. that turns me on all the time. I can't wait for the new Bakini edition of DOA to come out on the 360. Im gonna jump for that.

I was incredibly disappointed with this game after some of the rave reviews it received. I think either people were totally into the mostly naked women or they haven't played many games before because the game itself is lame.
