Super Monkey Ball is a great game. The Mini Games are awesome, too. Even the credits are a game after you win the main game! Very simple, yet affective game.

this game although childish looking at first is an A+ game that anyone looking to have a good time needs to pick up. me and three friends have spend countless hours playing monkey target the single greatest multiplayer minigame ever. Everyone should try it out at least once!

Super Monkey Ball is a enhancement of the concept of a ball rolling around on a surface. This game has four different characters that suit different personalities. Besides the main game of going through many levels facing different types of challenges, there are also party games and mini games that uses ball with monkeys in them. The possiblities are endless. The party games include: Monkey Race, Monkey Fight and Monkey Target, and the mini games are: Monkey Billiards, Monkey Bowling, and Monkey Golf. I highly recomend that you purchase and cherish this great game!

Like the commercial, this game rocks. Monkeyball is hilarious, and fun. It is phsically impossible to dislike this cool game. A definite buy$$$!

... Then you will LOVE this game! What can I say? THIS GAME ROCKS! I love action-puzzle games. I don't like gory games such as all the DOOM clones, or morally offensive games, such as Grand Theft Auto 3. I like puzzle games, and puzzle-arcade games. This is puzzle-arcade: like in Marble Madness, the point is to move a ball from one area to another. Unlike Marble Madness, instead of controlling the ball, you control the platform itself, as in those old marble labyrinth games with knobs on the sides. It's 3rd-person 3D, and some of the levels are really hard! Oh yeah there is a monkey inside the ball for some reason, which serves no purpose other than silliness. The graphics are great, the sound is average, the gameplayvalue is EXCELLENT, the replay value is a PERFECT 10, and it's a Mario Party killer, with all the minigames and party games (Monkey Golf, Monkey Bowling, Monkey Billiards, Monkey Target, Monkey Racing (a-la Mario Kart-style), and Monkey Fight). Get a group together to play the party games, and the replay value never ends.

I am trying to decide whether to keep my GameCube. If I do, this is a game I will purchase!

The levels get very difficult if not outright annoyingly-hard....

This game is more fun than any other game you will ever own. It has above exceptional gameplay, replay value, fun, and multiplayer action. Wonderful graphics, too many modes and variations to count. For multiplayer action, look no further than this. If you frequently play with 3+ people on your cube, not buying this would be a regretted mistake. Playing solo? Fine. Not quite as fun, but still above worth it.

This games is extremly addictive, i think it is very fun game to play when your traveling on the road, its good to use on those portable gamecube screens, this game has many other games built into it, and also has some very hard, or easy or medium rounds of skill levels, it has billiards, bowling, and golf, and also they have party games. So this game is very fun for all ages. So i suggest you buy it for yourself and try it out.

This game is awesome. It's definitely the best multiplayer game ever and its very fun single player too. Monkey bowling is the best!!! You really need to get this game!!!

Here is a game everyone can enjoy. Ball encapsulated monkeys racing, thowing ice cube bombs at each other and flying off the track at eye numbing speeds are great fun. My son and I play this and can laugh for hours during the play. The only drawback is if you have a very big t.v. it could bring on some motion sickness.

When I bought this game I thought it would be easy and boring. I also thought it wouldnt last long. When I finally started playing the game, I noticed that I was wrong in all 3 guesses!
It is easy at first, but then it gets very hard. Some levels are almost impossible to complete without falling!
Though it gets hard, it is most certainly not boring. This game is very fun to play. Besides the main game, there are party games which are great to play with your family or friends.
This game is also NOT a short one. With 10 Beginner levels, 30 Advanced levels, and 50 more Expert levels, this will take you at least a couple of weeks to complete. And that is not including the party games and unlockable mini-games.
So, no matter what your age is, you should definitely try this if you have a GameCube. If you are first buying a GameCube, this would be a GREAT starter game.
