Mario comes with a bang to make his first game on the cube

Well i'd like to start off by saying i'm not some 7 year old person here to write about how I think Mario will be fun. I am a 12 year old who has every nintendo system and every Mario game released in North America. So I know what games are the best and what to expect from games in the future, and I think this new Mario game is going to be great. It seems like gadgets are common in Mario's recent games. Luigi has the poultergeist 3000 and mario has what appears to be a tank of water on his back in this adventure. I don't know much about the game, yet I can tell you what I do know. The graphics are bright and colorful. The framerate is smooth. The plot is that Mario and Peach went on vacation to a town on the beach. There someone disguised as Mario wrote Graffiti all over town. The townspeople are enraged at Mario. So Mario's mission is to clear his name by capturing the villain all the while avoiding the angry townspeople.

I'm sorry if my review seems short but remember the game is still four months away and facts are scarce.

Masterpiece?

This game is actually a fighter, it's you vs. the
camera everytime you play. If you beat the camera,
you are rewarded with a rather nice game, if you lose
to the camera you have to start the level over...
and I'll say this, be prepared to lose a lot.

THIS GAME IS CHALLENGING,BUT IT IS PRETTY FUN!I'D RATE THIS GAME #1 ON THE ALL-TIME VIDEO GAME LIST.THE OBJECT OF THIS GAME IS TO CLEAN UP ISLE DELFINO.THE PERSON WHO DID THE CRIME HAS A MUSTACHE,A CAP AN....WAIT!THAT SOUNDS LIKE MARIO!BUT HE DIDN'T DO IT!THE REAL CAUSE OF THE CRIME LOOKS LIKE MARIO,BUT IS A SHADOW,WHO IS ACTULLY BOWSER JR IN THE SHADOW.FROM THE DELFINO AIRSTRIP TO CORONA MOUNTAIN,MARIO CAN GET 120 SHINE SPRITES.MY HARDEST LEVELS WERE PINNA PARK'S RED COINS OF THE PIRATE SHIPS,SIRENA BEACH'S THE MANTA STORM AND GELATO BEACH'S THE SAND BIRD IS BORN.THE ENEMIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

The Sun Does Shine on TV

I'm blown away frankly. I haven't played it myself (I spectate), but I've seen it in action. All I can say is WOW. The music's fab, voicetrack even better, the graphics nice (but a bit repetitive), and the whole thing's jolly entertaining. And I've only watched.

Just another jumping challenge game

Sure, this game has some great graphics and a new gameplay element (the water cannon), but just like the previous Mario games, the entire premise of the game is just a bunch of frustrating jumping challenges. You gotta jump from one platform to the next, and if you fall, you go back to the beginning and try again, and again, and again.

This premise may have worked five years ago with Mario 64, when most of the 3D games were 1st person shooters, but these days I'd like to see games that are more that just a bunch of DonkeyKong style running and jumping.

Luigi's Mansion, while not part of the Super Mario series, at least gave us a more current gameplay experience. As far as I'm concerned, the Super Mario series is dead.

Frustration with a capitol F

You know that feeling you get when you finally accomplish an almost impossible task, have a few moments of gratification, and then realize there was no point because it was never fun? Well, I would call it playing Super Mario Sunshine, but that might be just a little too narrow. I'm not saying that nothing in SMS (akronym) is easy, but there are so many frustrating points, it takes 90% of the fun out of the game. You wanna know what else I hate about the game? Just like in Super Mario 64, the camera makes the game harder than it needs to be, and you have to rescue the princess . . . AGAIN!! Come on, Miyamoto, this is the 21st century!... God, I hate sexual profiling.
I could be as guilty as anyone for pressuring Miyamoto into making another Mario adventure game when he wasn't ready, so I hope we've all learned a lesson from this.
Okay, you've read my two-cents. Now you can read all the happy-go-lucky reviews that tell you how this game is such a "masterpiece."

If you're a Mario fan, get it

O.K. everything else about this game rocks! But I got so sick of the camera I quit playing it. Sometimes you can move the angle a full 360 degrees. Which is the way it should be. Sometimes if there is a wall in the way of the camera it will go into the wall and you get this blue cicle around the edges of the screen great idea. The problem is the only time it does that is when you don't need it to. In this game you need to make fairly precise jumps but you can't see where you are going because you can't get the stinking camera at the right angle to see where you are jumping. Also part of the look of the game is this sun bleached island. Everything just looks fuzzy white and you can;t tell what some stuff is because of the sun. You can buy sunglasses in the game so it looks normal but the guy that sells them won't sell them to you till you get a certain ways thought the game. One big redeaming quality of this game though is the squid racing. You ride these squid that go as fast and maneuver like Jet Skis awesome. So thats my opinion take it of leave it.

Super! Super Mario.

This is one of the greatest games that I've ever played. I love this game. Everything is just so awsome from the graphics to the music to all of these exciting levels. I am telling you that you will have great time on this game. It is a challenge but I got through it and I know you will too. Don't listen to 'VideoGameKing' He does'nt have the guts to play this game. His name should be 'VideoGameBitch!' Challenge yourself! If you want to play an excellent game with great graphics and colors, lots of levels and sub levels, excellent music, action, adventure, excitment and FUN, FUN, FUN! I've played this game and I know how it ends. Super Mario Sunshine has it all. Buy it now!

i have had this game since i was like 7 (now i'm 11) and i still love it!! I know it's a pretty old game but one reason i love to play it is because i played it when i was younger and that brings warm, happy memories. Another reason i love to play it is becuase the game is SO much fun!!!!! since i wasnt't too good at video games when i was younger and its been i while since i have played it I'm not very far in the game at all so i will begin playing again soon and procede! I would 1000000000% recommend this great game. ,Usagi
