The power shots in Super Mario Strikers are pretty cool. Use items to stop the other team from scoring. This game puts twists on soccer. A+

MARIO STRIKERS IS ANOTHER MARIO SPORTS GAME. THIS ONE IS A SOCCER GAMES AND ITS GREAT!!!!!! MARIO,LUGI,PEACH,DK,WARIO,WARLUGI,AND MORE NINTENDO GREATS ARE IN THIS GAME. FIRST YOU CHOSE MARIO,LUGI,PEACH,DK,WARIO,YOSHI,WARLUGI,AND OTHER NINTENDO GREATS FOR A CAPTAIN. THERE IS WEAPONS IN THIS GAME TO YOU CAN USE LIKE SHELLS,BOMBS,A VERY POWERFUL ONE CALLED BOWSER ATTACK AND OTHER WEAPONS. THE CONTROLLS ARE A LITTLE HARD TO LEARN BUT ONCE YOU GET USED TO THEM THEY WILL BE EASY TO USE. IN THIS GAME YOU CAN ALSO STEAL THE BALL BY HITTING SOMEONE FROM THE OTHER THE OTHER TEAM AND ITS COOL WHEN IF YOU KNOCK THEM INTO THE WALL THEY WILL GET SHOCKED!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS AN AWESOME GAME. FROM POWER SHOTS THAT KNOCK THE GOALIE DOWN TO LOB SHOTS, THIS GAME HAS IT ALL. NOTHING IS LEFT OUT HERE. NOT EVEN THE GRAPHICS, WHICH USUALLY SUCK IN MARIO GAMES. BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not a fan of sports games, but Super Mario Strikers is a goal for me. The last sports game that I played was NBA Jam for the Sega Genesis, I just couldn't get into another sports game after that.

When I bought this game I was a little concerned that I would not like it, but when I started playing it, wow, what a fun game.

Knocking other players down, or into the electrified invisiable fence is just down right fun. I think the super kicks are awsome, and the items you get to use throughout the game makes the game that much more enjoyable.

I give this game 5 stars all around, the best sports game for the people who hate sports games.

So far since I've been playing this game (Super Mario Strikers), it makes no sense. Get points and win the game. Very detailed huh?
In my honest opinion, I would rate this game 2 stars. Plus, the animations suck!

I usually hate sports games. Yet, after playing this in the store for 5 minutes, I was addicted. Like any good addict, I took out my wallet without a second thought and bought it. I have not been disappointed.

This is a sports game, with tournaments and strategy. Yet, unlike traditional sports games, this one involves brutal tackles, cool items, and fun characters. My friends, who love sports games, and I have played this incessantly for the past few days.

One warning: the higher levels are very difficult. Yet, most of the cool bonus items, such as the hidden stages and characters, can be won simply by playing the easiest level. It is the best of both worlds.

The only thing that would have made this game better would have been the Mexican soccer announcer yelling GOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAALLLLL every time you get a goal.

This game is NOT worth $20. It's barely worth $5! I can't believe that I got stiffed $50 when it came out! The controls are mediocre, and you can't even use the goalie (you have to trust the dumb CPU, which misses a lot) You can only switch characters to the one (on defense) who is closest to the ball, and (on offense) who has the ball, so you can't use even the simplest real soccer play. For example, you can't use a give-and-go because the CPU won't move around the defender. Also, the total lack of penalties makes it ridiculous. I know someone who gets an advantage by giving the ball to the defense, then slamming the player with the ball into the ground and making off with the ball. The out-of-bounds area is replaced by, of all things, an impenetrable, high-voltage, electric fence. in short, a god-awful game, a first for Mario, and I don't recommend buying it for more than $10. OH MY GOD, THEY'VE MADE ANOTHER!!!

This game was reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally good i bought it at super target and popped in the game as soon as i got home. I couldn't stop playing. you can play as Mario, Luigi, DK, Wario, Waluigi, Yoshi, Daisy, Peach, and a mystery character. Beside choosing captains there's choosing sidekicks. You can pick from Toad, Hammer Bros, Birdo, and Koopas. I recomend this game.

I bought this game for my kids and they just love it. What a game!!! It was fast and exciting all in one. Beats any real simulated game. Cartoon characters and throwing turtles shells at the opponent is extremely fun.
