This game will be a garentied sucses. You can play as the
main Jedi from the movie episode 2 such as Yoda, Mace,
Anikan, and obi-wan. It takes place after the movie and during
the clone wars. You control over 200 war units so you
are the camander.
One of my favorites!

This is one of my favorite games, and in my opinion one of the best star wars games. There are a variety of vehicles that you can pilot through out the Clone Wars, and occasionally jump out and destroy some droid with your light sabre. Actually, this only happens 2 or 3 times in the game, which makes me wonder why a jedi spends most of the war in a vehicle... Anyway, a very fun game.
Great

It's a great game. It might be to hard if you don't have a talent for video game. It's a little different than Rouge Leader, because most of the game is on the ground. One of the best parts is you can be a Jedi that can use their lightsaber to cut and throw along with a force push. The sixteen levels are a story with an interesting plot. The first three levels happen in episode II and the rest are afterwards. There are numerous bounus options you can unlock by achieving special goals in the game. Level don't just get harder as you go farther, because some of the first levels are harder than the later ones.

With Episode III of the Star Wars saga hitting theaters next year, Lucasfilm licensing is taking the time to flesh out the battles of the Clone Wars through various forms of media - this video game is one of them. You start out at the battle of Geonosis from Episode II and work your way through the war campaign by campaign.
If you've ever played any of the games in the Rogue Squadron series (and by extension Battle for Naboo and Starfighter) you'll know what to expect. However, whereas those games required a more thoughtful and tactical approach to each mission, Clone Wars puts the emphasis on all-out carnage. Mission objectives are really vague excuses for you to blast and blow up the hoardes of enemies the game tosses at you. There are missile and health refills aplenty, and the convoys you occasionally have to protect are in nowhere near the danger the ones in Rogue Squadron faced. I wouldn't say the game is easy, but it's not nerve-wracking either. It's like a cheat version of Rogue Squadron where you get to blow stuff up and go crazy without worrying too much about the consequences, and that's not necessarily a bad thing.
The graphics are okay. Emphasis was placed on getting as many bad guys onscreen with a respectable framerate instead of making everything look pretty, and it was a smart decision. You'll be too busy staying alive to care that the visuals aren't as advanced as other titles. Sound and story, which LucasArts usually excels at, are disappointing here. The in-game sounds are great, but the cutscenes are compressed. The story itself isn't that great either, with bland voice-acting. I'd rather fight seperate, non-related missions than have them all link together with a convoluted story.
In the end, Clone Wars is a decent game to pick up and play for a few rounds of mayhem. It's not a standout game by any means, but it's a recommended purchase for Star Wars fans and anyone wanting mindless excitement.
fell short of a perfect clone in many areas

first off its short. next its easy and the ai is [garbage]. but the atxt and the republic gunship are awsomeYODA IS AVAILABLE NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE TELLS U IF THEY SAY HE ISN'T TELL THEM TO BEAT EVERY BONUS CHALLENGE and the mulit player lacks ai its not that its bad but there isnt any but if u have a frend or sibling who loves starwars as much as u then buy this and enjoy it... THE GUNSHIP IS UNDER USED THE TANK IS OVER USED AND THE ATXT IS BORING IN SINGLE PLAYER DUE TO ITS SLOWNESS. IN CONCLUSION THE ROUGE LEADER OF GROUND COMBAT
Pretty good

This game is really fun! The first couple of levels on geonosis are defintetly the best. This game isnt for everyone though, it can get pretty dry and repetive. My suggestion is DO NOT BUY, RENT! then decide if you like it. If you want a good starwars game get this game, rogue leader, or bounty hunter.
My simple opinion on the game

Oh yeah, well my neighbor beat it in half the time of your neighbor, and he said it was the best of all the Star Wars games, as well as all games he's ever played, so there!
An OK game with bugs equals junk

The game was ok to play; lots of vehicle/person variety to fool around with and an somewhat interesting plot. The major problems I had with it were that it just wasn't that fun to play(I didn't give up on it though) and last, but definitely not least, was that after the completion of mission 14, the game would lock up which I could reproduce 4 times in a row by replaying the mission. It's one thing for a game to crash randomly, but quite another to crash everytime in the same place such that advancement is impossible...
