Alright A Gamer If you were a true gamer you wouldn't care about the graphics their as important as trying to take a dump its meaningless and besides the graphics are pretty darn good man.

If I were you I would rent this game first. From Sonic's first adventure on the genesis up till SADX Sonic was a huge hit. On my scale Sonic went from a 5 down to about a 3.5. Why did they even put knuckles on his team because he was his second worst enemy(first is Eggman,hehe) back in the early 90's. Sonic should always fly solo or with his best pal Tails and not flying around in weird formations and making fantasised attacks.

If you still intend on getting a Sonic game on crack then rent this before you buy it.

You hate that game?! That game rocks! Well yeah the original Sonic Adventure was better then Sonic Adventure 2 and if you hate the original Sonic Adventure 1 you're not a true Sonic fan...and if yo hate its sequel... you're not a true sonic fan! And yes many of the 2D Sonic games are better then the 3D games.

Sonic Heroes was a game I was looking forward to... and I loved the game.

I got this game when I was in 2nd grade( I just passed 4th grade recently, after my summer break I going to 5th) in TARGET for gamecube( in March 2004... I only had a Gamecube( i THEN GOT A PS2 in June and then got a XBOX in septmber, I did have a Genesis, PS1, N64, Dreamcast and handhelds which are Gameboy Color, I got DS in Christmas 2005 and my brother got A PSP... i WANNA get a Gameboy Micro and a DS lite and PS3, MAIN REASON IS because of the new Sonic game, a Wii, and a XBOX 360, a 360 ain't good but a few games are gonna be good and the graphics are good)when my dad was buying it... I was playing the demo.
Gameplay is tight! Sonic has some new speedy tricks, Knuckles' Punches are awesome then ever, and the Fly People are OK. Team Sonic is my Favorite team because they have Sonic, who is my fav character throughout the sonic series and for mostly all Sonic games Sonic is my best Character, execpt Shadow the Hedgehog, Sonic is just a Co-op buddy but Sonic is my fav co-op buddy.

Special Stages: Fun, reminds of the Sonic the hedgehog 2 special stages but they should use the Sonic 1 special stages which are easier. I mean... I never got ANY chaos EMERALDS! i BEAT STORY Mode with Team Rose( im a boy, team rose was the first team I beat it with) Team Sonic( my second team I beat it with) and Team Chaotix( my brother beat that) but Team Dark! Well they're Cool and all but I was on the Act 2 version of the Frog Forest, which is Lost Jungle, I mean I couldn't beat the level! Inever beat Last Story... my friend did... and some other is on the Chaotix story... the game then started not working... we lost the Gamecube Memory Card... but then got a new memory card! The other Sonic games I had for Gamecube... Sonic Adventure 2 Battle was not working after a long time... I lost Sonic Adventure DX... Sonic Mega Collection started not to work... and i bought all my other sonic games for gamecube...execpt mega collection and Sonic Heroes! What's the point of getting Mega Collection when I got the PLUS ONE FOR PS2 and I might get Sonic Heroes again.

At first, when I got this game I barely touched it, but when I got bored, I played it and it was well...AWESOME! It's so cool that you can be 3 characters at once! the enviroments are amazing, and the missions are mostly fun, and I like all the characters (ESPECIALY SHADOW, HE'S AWESOME!)It was hard to get the last story level by getting all the chaos emeralds, but it was worth it! The songs are very good, I even have the CD. This is a game for all sonic fans!

I just got a GameCube atleast two months ago, and this was the second game we got. There is a few camera issuses but other than that this game is really fun. I give this game a 8/10. I would get it if I were you!

I wasn't happy with this game. The fact that you would be going fast in a level and then need to be abruptly stopped to change the character you were using. It would have been better if this wasn't required to move forward in the levels. Being an old time Sonic fan, I will probably be sticking to the old 2D version games since the new Sonic games just seem to be lacking.

Promising, yet a mess.

This is one of Sonic's worst games. Surely, it was the worst one on the Nintendo GameCube. To say that it was disgraceful and glitchy is the serious understatement of the week.

The character's charms and voice acting was there, but the soul wasn't. The levels were nice and huge as promised but there were many glitches and the story left so much to be desired. I think we loved this game for 2 weeks and then it hit us: THIS GAME IS SERIOUSLY STUPID.

the basic formula to ruin a sonic game is to throw in extra playable characters, now play as three at one time? no thanks

Sonic should be about running and rings this game was mostly about that but it gets to the point where you're running around the halloween/haunted house levels for hours and hours! i still have not beaten that game and i've had it for years.
