Fun and Entertaining

In this game you choose a driver and car then pick people up and drive them around San Francisco for points. We played this game at the arcade and my 10 year old loved it. We bought game cube so we could play this game at home. The only difference is at the arcade the sound was turned down. The music is excessively stimulating and the language is harsh for a 10 year old. The age recommendation is to be heeded. The Simpson's Road Rage is better suited to those under the recommended age for Crazy Taxi.

This game was fun for the first couple of times that I played it, after that it got to easy. It's still a good game and
I still have fun playing it and I reccomend it to anyone who can get it who has a Sony PlayStation2, a Nintendo GameCube, or a Sega Dreamcast.

Crazy Taxi is about picking up people, taking them to the destination they want to go, and collecting the fee! However the best part about all this is the fact that to do that you have to break every traffic law ever made! There's not much more to talk about except for the fact that (As many people have pointed out) that this game IS the same thing as what you'd buy on Dreamcast (And Playstation 2 and Xbox for that matter)! Which means if you have the DC vertion there is no reason to get this game (Controll is the same surprisingly enough)! Save your fifty for Super Monkey Ball or something.

I bought this two days ago and I already am sick of it i have done everything that there is to do in it. This game is ver fun the first time that you play it because its all new to you. Once your time runs out in the arcade made and you play that over threemore times you get sick of it you get the same custumers going to the same place almost everytime that you play. Afther a while the repetivenese get sicking tyou then go to crazy box mode and see if thats any fun, but you soon find out that that is even worse he hard challenges are too hard and the easy ones to easy. Then afther youve played these to horrible things youve played everything in the game. yopu try and try to give the game a chance but its just to bad i even got to class S licence the highest rating aand the time i got that was still boring getting a high licence doesnt do anything for you exept say game over this is what your score was. i dont know why it even uses memory all that does is put your name there ther isnt even a high score list PLEASE DONT BUY THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!IT'S A BIG WASTE OF MONEY BUY SOMETHING ELSE DONT THINK BECAUSE THIS GAME IS CHEAPER YOU SHOULD BUY IT THERE ARE CHEAP GAMES THAT ARE GOOD JUST NOT THIS ONE DONT GET ME WRONG. REMEMBER ALL I TOLD YOU ABOUT THIS GAME BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE.

Hey All you gamers. Well.. I have the game and it was LOADS OF FUN! only problem is that after a day. you can beat the game. Its hilarious when your with your friends. if your friends know how to share. Its a one player game. Anyways. Awesome game but short

Good, but you might as well buy Crazy Taxi 2 for Dreamcast

This is a great game. However, Crazy Taxi 2, available on Dreamcast for a price...cheaper than Crazy Taxi 1 on GameCube. Its in NYC, and has fixed all the faults of the original version.

Yeah, it's pretty repetitive, but it's a great party game!

When I purchased my GameCube, one of the games I recieved with it was "CrazyTaxi." Now believe me, I am not the greatest video game player in the world, but I managed to conquer this game within a week, doing pretty much everything you can possibly do with this game. I sort of shrugged my shoulders after doing that and just popped in Madden 2002. Another thing I have against this game is that there is no handling difference between the cabbies. Their driving styles are basically clones of one another.

Well, then why the three star rating you ask? Well, basically because the pro's of this game DO slightly outnumber the cons. This is probably one of the best non-multiplayer games that you can play with your friends. It is actually very fun to watch your friends ram into cars amoung other things and race to pick people up and drop them off as quickly as possible. This is a great game to just simply play while you blast the stereo, (that is, after you get tired of the best video game soundtrack of all time) order a pizza, and just talk and take turns having great fun with this game. I would reccomend this game if you will be playing the GameCube with friends often, but stay away of the majority if your Gamecube playing will be by yourself.

This game is awsome when you play it for the first time. Then, after a couple of hours you are bored. THere are no objectives or any thing. It has no plot, it doen't even have much of a point. All you can do is pick people up in a taxi and take them some where. It's just another cruddy Allcliam game.

Crazy TAxi for Dreamcast was hilarious. This gamecube version is even better! The graphics are great and I love the idea of being a vigilante taxi driver! Thanks Nintendo!

I really enjoy this game. When it first arrived, I left work pretty stressed out. However, after playing this game and defying every traffic law in the book, I have to say that stress was no longer the problem. This game is fun and if you decide to purchase it, Enjoy!
