Time to have LOTS of fun with Crazy Taxi!

I first played this game in an arcade & played it like 10 times! so when I saw it in in a rental store I knew I had to rent the whole GC set (I don't have a GC a home:( and if I lucky I can rent it every once in a while) and I played this game about 50 times during the 5 day rental. For those who like challenging games just leave this page and look up some other games because all this game is is drive around, pick up someone, drive around some more while hearing "Be more carful, OW! wacht it you dumb a**!" and drop them off at their place but for me that's fun. I think the graphics in this game are sooooo cool (it dosn't look like fuzzy paper cut outs like in some N64 games.) and the music is awsome! (my fave is "All I Want") My fave driver is Gina because she keeps her cool while the other drivers yell their butts off! So forget the crapy reviwes and
BUY (or rent)THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!!

When I first heard of this game,I thought I'd like it.But boy was I wrong!I played Simpsons Road Rage for PS2,and I totally loved it.Then I heard that this was even better,so I got it.It is the worst game ever!There is no point to the game,no hidden characters,no new levels,NOTHING!The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it's only useful if you just want to use it to get high scores,other than that,this game stinks!

I love this game! the driving, the music, and the cab drivers! I would give it 6 Stars, but that's not on the chart, so I'll go with 5 Stars. A Great Game For Everyone Who Loves Driving And Speeding Down The Road!

This is one of the first games my husband and I have ever owned. We are in our late 40's and have treated ourselves to a gamecube for Christmas - our first game console - along with this game and two others after reading the other reviews here. We are novices at playing video games and have been wanting to learn to play. We wanted something that would allow is to have fun and not become discouraged or overwhelmed.

We were not disappointed! Not only is this game absolutely riotous fun... bringing belly laughs and guffaws... but a newbie can jump right in and keep playing without having to start over every time they make a mistake and get killed. The taxi and the driver are apparently immortal and indestructable as you careen around a marvelous 3-D recreation of San Francisco Calif, causing pedestrians to scatter screaming as you smash other cars out of the way, destroy pay phones and bus stops and listen to passengers and passersby yell at you. When I failed to make it to the church quickly enough and the pastor leaped out of my taxi saying "goddam it!!!" I thought I'd die laughing. This is irreverent, hilarious and cathartic. As you improve your skills and make some "money" it just gets better.

Fun...For a little while

Well this game is fun but after a while, BORING! I took it back the next day. If you have a lot of people in your family it may be fun.And there is no point to it either! There is no leves to beet or things to win> I would recomend to rent this.

I don't own this game but when I played it at one of my friends, houses this game was so awesome I was determined to get it. The graphics are wonderful and the gameplay is AWESOME! It has a reason why it is called crazy taxi. Although I would not recommend it to people who are offended by fowl language because that is why it is rated T (teen).

This is a cool game.These graphics are great.Everything looks realistic.This game is exciting everytime that you play it.It is adicting too,so you will have a lot of fun.There are two cities that you can go to.There are also 4 different drivers with different cars.You should trust me about Crazy Taxi.

Crazy Taxi is great. Especially in 2 player mode! Me and my friend have hade countless hours of fun, and counting.
Graphics: 8 good, but not the best
Music: 10 Can't get better than this!!
Dificulty: 3 pretty easy, but not too much
Overall: 9.5 definetly get this, especially if you have a friend to play this with. GGGEEETTT IITTT NOOW!!!

I just recently baught this game is it rocks!!!
Dont mind the crappy reviews.Its just because its older.
But realy old games are good! only an idiot wouldnt like old games. I think the flaw is that theres nothing to unlock or objectives. if you like bargins and great games. get it!
If you like running destoying stuff and jumping in car games
get it!o yea its got good music and funny voice overs

After playing this on my Gamecube, I would have to say that this is awful! Do not buy it! Yeh, When crazy taxi came out for arcade, it was a HIT! And, I admit it, I was one ok the people thrilled that It can out for the Dreamcast. But I have to say that this game is BORING!!! It is good for about 30 minutes... but then It just gets old! You don't do ANYTHING! Picking people up and droiping them off, even with all the crazyness of driving how you want gets real boring, real fast. My advice to anyone is not to spend [money] on this peace of [junk]! Don't even rent it... Just back away... slowly...
