Yes I was hoping for this game to have 3-d but I was wrong.This game begs for 3-d.

This is the best game in the world.Did I mention that they have superman the ride,and X from sixflags magic mountain.They have more than 32 new roller coaster deisgns,like giga coaster and spinning wild mouse roller coaster and many more.Remember to keep your guest happy or your park will be closed down.But there's still something that bugs me.In every RCT there's always only little man walking around and know family's. But that does not matter this is still my most favorite computer game.Trust me this is not a waste of money.And it is worth it

One you start the fun woun't stop, its like a never ending story. If your a BIG roller coaster fan your love it til' theres a new one. -- But, WARNING: I ahve my own computer and I had all stuff but didn't work (I have Windows 98), I put it on my other computer and it worked!...(It has Windows 2000) so it works best on Windows 2000!... And when I played it I was confused didn't know what to do so I read the book and it was like I designed it so -- Caution: read the book first, before playing!...

I really love this game i thought about buying it a few time's but didn't know if i could get into it because my ex-boyfriend had played sim's all the time. i really didn't see what the big draw was. Even though this isn't sim's but has the same concept so when my 10 yr old niece came home from the store with it and asked me to play it with her. well let's say i wasn't to thrilled to play but wanted to spend quality time with her so i sat with her and watched her start playing the game and before i knew it i was playing the game with her. she got a little annoyed with me because i started to take over the game. i became so addicted to this game i installed it on my laptop and my niece and i are in a constant battle on who can build the best park (since both LOVE rollercoaster's) i liked the game so much i'm gonna buy zoo tycoon and marine mania i can't wait to get them and see what i can do.
i recommend this game for anybody who love's to ride rollercoaster's and have the ultimate dream to design your own rollercoaster

RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 (RCT2) is a fun game. It teaches the principles of running a theme park. A lot of people have said that it is too much like the original but really it isn't. There is a lot added to this game like the scenerio editor and ride design editor. The scenerio editor could be better though. Besides this fact, it is good.

Frustrating game. Guess i lack the patience. I dont like the
way the interface works though. Too hard to correct design mistakes and not very intuitive. I like the way zoo tycoon with its add ons of dinosaurs and marine animals works much better.
Seemed a lot more fun creating interesting designs for your tiger habitat then trying to make this track line up with that track.

This is a fun interactive game that entices the player to build, expand, and modify theme park construction, and provides feedback for learning and improvemensts. Further, the games' rewards are true to real life with dollars earned and required timing to dffect a profitable enterprise. Additionally, this game is a good start for youth to learn basic principles of business. Entertaining and fun this game would be a good addition to anyone's library.

This game is really fun but it can get boring really fast. I think the reason is that its too much like the first RCT. This game can be addictive and you can play the game for hours and make your park bigger and better. I still like this game.

I wanted to get a computer game to play in my dorm to keep me occupied. I used to have the first roller coaster tycoon when i was younger, so i purchased the second one. I love it! there's a ton more rides and more challenging parks. It definitely did the job of helping me pass the time in between classes!
