Great Roller Coasters!

This game is very complex with various strategies and scanarios. There are many options to make your park become personalized with themes and settings for rides and scenary. Will you keep you busy for hours, building roller coasters and creating your very own theme park.

More of everything. More fun. If you liked the orginal you will love this. You can create your own park scenario, you choose the size, the rides available etc. Terrific.

A definate buy for the coaster fan. I have every game out there and the Roller Coaster Tycoon sieries is never beat. It adds many new features, but is hard to use. The senario editor is a flop. The worst part is you can't load and play saved files from other versions. Only buy this if you have time on your hands, though, because Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 takes some figuring out.

RTC2 Fun but the Same

RTC2 is fun but the same as RCT1. It is an expansion just with a few new features. The new rides/attractions are awesome. But the scenerios are the same as the first. If you had RCT1 then it will be fun until you start getting to the old stuff.

This is actually a good game. Everyone else is complaning about install problems and drivers but I havent had a single problem and besides, if you get an error and it wont uninstall, just format the hard drive :) There are a TON of new shops and coasters. The ability to stack scenery allows you to built nice scenery for your coasters and increase the exitement rating. If you liked the first, buy the second. One thing is the Six Flags junk. Who really cares? I mean really, all it is is a bunch of pre built coasters that noone goes on cause there "Too intense for me!" and a bunch of pre built parks that have WAY too many trees and WAY to much scenery. However, you can ignore the huge six flags advertisement.
Yes, this whole game is one BIG advertisement for six flags.

A great game!! There is a lot of new rides/attractions in this game plus an action that allows you to build buildings with roofs over really anything.The last thing is that they named every single guest {some of the names are really wierd}.So it's defantly worth it!!!!!!!

When I recieved this game as a christmas present, I thought that there would just e a few new features, a few new scenarios, and a couple of new rides. Was I ever wrong. The main new thing that I like are the variety of roller coaster types. This gives you tons of options of what you want to build. It's also fun to create your own custom scenarios. Another great feature is the roller coaster designer. It lets you build any type of coaster without having to worry about space, money, or other stuff. The scenarios are also organized acording to difficulty. You also have a lot more scenery options such as pirates, wild west, sports etc. The only thing that I don't like is that they took away the option of turning the sound on and off. Overall, a great game and it will keep you playing for hours!

I actually stumbled onto this game by accident, see, first I stumbled onto the website www.trygames.com cuz I found it in my email. So I went and I was browsing and I thought I'd try downloading the trial version of the Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 for fun to seen what it was like....and I loved it! It was so creative, definentaly technical and elaborate, but nothing practice won't fix! But my trial only lasted 30 min. so now I'm lookin' to buy. I totally recommend it if you like simulation games, even if you don't, go to the web site I listed above and try it out..you'll love it too!

Ok. First of all you can build costum rides,there is lots of music to choose from for each ride.There are literally billions of roller coasters to choose from and gentle and thrill rides too. You can choose how much money you want as a loan so you can build lots of rides in your park.There is lots of different scenery available
to choose from and more shops and stalls.There is tons more stuff too.And + it's easy to install.(...)
