I just started with this series, This is my very first one. And this game already Rocks! Yeah sure, I'm in to those killing, fighting games but i also love this game! My grandparents gave this to me, At first y expression was like "What the heck? A farming game?" But after i played it, It was like a wild, EXCITING, suprising trip to the farm! You can marry some girls, I don't know who you can marry but that Karen girl looks pretty. (I think the one that shows a heart are who you can marry) Most of the characters are very cute with outstanding graphics. The gameplay is just raising a farm. Some animals you get from the start or recieve as a gift(Like a dog and a horse) But some are expensive to buy! Nope, There are no villians or fighting in this game. This game has a little bit of story in it but not much. There really isn't an ending. You can also have a child that makes the game fun! It's a boy though, I want a girl but a boy is all you can get. But i have no problem with a boy!
All you do in the game is raise animals, Watch some events, make money, make some friends, watch some more events, Get a girl friend, Marry your girl friend, GEt a child. I think thats basically it. I guess after you get a child theres really nothing new to do (Except some events you have never seen).
This game is really fun! Also in japan there is a version of this game called Harvest moon: Girls of mineral town i think, Or it was called Friends of mineral town for girls. This is a must buy! If you don't like the idea of farming, at least give a game a try! Its like having a portable farm in your pocket without all that dirt and worms! This would be a great gift for everyone, Even a relative that already lives in a farm!

This game was the best. It can get boring, but trust me, it's fun.

(You can't go around this event)You'll start off on the screan with the '...' sign over your head. The Mayor comes in and is really surprised. He says that the owner died around 6 months ago. He SAYS he's be taking care of it...(Looks more like he's trying to grow a weed, stone, and stick farm). He said he found a deed and he's leave the farm to (Whatever your name is). He'll ask how you met the man and you say yes. After you see the story, Thomas(the mayor) asks if your up to the challenge of owning a farm. You say yes.

The next day you wake up. If you walk outside you'll see Thomas. He'll explain some stuff to you, then ask if you need anything else explained to you. You have the option of choosing yes or no. (In the girls version you can slap him, or hit him with your aze or something like that). Then Zack, your shippment guy comes along, He always picks up anything you put in the shipment box, as long as it's before 5 p.m.

You have the choice of marring 6 girls. Ann, Elli, Harvest Goddess, Karen, Mary, and Popuri.

A Very Cute RPG Game

This was my first harvest moon game so it's very dear to me, the feeling of it is good, you get married and have a baby son. you are a farmer who came back to see an old friend, sadly he passed away and his wish was to pass his farm to you. automatically you accept and start your new life as a farmer, you can raise livestock, sell crops, and raise a horse until it's owner says you can keep it or not. There are festivals in the village and you probally don't want to miss it. the characters have different responsibilites and personalities, and they are sometimes very humerous like REAL people, the game is just like life as a farmer, but with a little more childhood perspective, but you get to see what it's like to be an adult, and learn about the farmer within. (NOTE:Buy this game and you might wanna look at some HM fansites for tips)

I loved the psx game but this game has got secrets and super cool extras to boot. Besides a sixth girl you could choose to marry, theres also some new events, tons of new recipes, different isometric style, new things to forage, new upgrades, and the connectivity allows for some different tunes as well. There's so many ways to play that you will never get bored with just the same old crops, you have to work extra hard to get some seeds to grow some crops to make some tasty snacks, but you first need a cow to get thje milk, and a kitchen to get the cooking to happen. There are so many goals, but you can play it any way you want!

you may think that a game that you can actually play as long as you want would get boring, right??? WRONG!!! this is such a detailed game that you cant get bored if you tried! with people to interact with and animals (and maybe even a certain lady friend)to care for you have so many things that you can do and there are so many things, it just depends on your mood. watever you want, now to me thats a great game, you dont have to do anything you dont want to, dont want to farm, easy! mine or care for animals, dont want to marry a girl, fine be as lonely as you want, you want to do it you go for it!!! this is one of the best games i have ever played and if you read this(like i do if i ever want to buy something) then your wasting valuable time playing harvest moon!!! so get to it your life awaits!!!

this game is great i got it today or a long time ago if this reveiw is old. this game may be a little confusing in the beginning so dont give up this game because its really confusing in the beginning. just give this game a hour real life hour and it'l be better. i want to be married for 50 years in this game because u get a cabin or if u have a wonderful life u can connect to wonderful life and get another cabin for doing stuff in AWL like shiping stuff and u need to get 42 connectivity stars wich i dont no what the hell they r but thats how u get the cabin.

I really recommend this game because it had many things that you could do and I got hooked on about after 3 minutes after I got it! It's somewhat like the Sims, Bustin' Out, but it doesn't have missions that you HAVE to accomplish. There are fun contests and you can marry a girl in the town. You can extend your house and everything. I recommend this game for every age. There is no bad dialogue (in my experience) in this game. Even though you have to repeat some things every day in the game, it is very convinient for long drives and boring waiting rooms.

I GOT A GIRLFRIEND AT THE GREEN HEART LEVEL!!! IT IS ANN!! SHE IS VERY EASY TO WIN OVER!!! JUST A LITTLE TOO PERKY!!!!!! SHE LIKES APPLES, EGGS, BOILED EGGS, FRUIT JUICE, NOT SO MUCH FLOWERS, WILD GRAPES AND MORE!!! I HOPE THIS HELPS!!!! on this game before you get the big bed you have to buy EVERYTHING [exept for the rug] from the t.v. shopping network. on every saterday.i got it already. it is 10,000. also i have a pregnent cow. she will give birth in 9 days. warning: cows do not give you milk when they are pregnant. it takes around 21 days for the baby to come. the soon to be a mom cow stays in her place not even when you use you bell.if you are curios you can have a kid. i will tell you more when i get one. ps it is harder than it looks to get a girlfriend. you can only marry the harvest godess[ dont try this] after you have played for 5 years not in real life of course. she has an ivisible heart so you dont know when to propose. did this help? tell me. i would appreciate it.

i was the person who as talking about Ann. my baby is so cute. his name is hubert. he wears a monkey hat. after your wife is pregnant for 60 days you will wake up in the morning and be in your kitchen with thir mom or dad or someone. wife: i need help, eli! eli: you dont need help! just a little more to go! wife: aaarrggggg! ow, that hurts! other person: you should go see your wife .you walk over to your wife. docter:wow women are stronger than men! wife: hes as cute as a monkey! what should we name him? then you get to name him. after that it is automaticly a new day. your wife is walking around the table as usaul but is holding the baby. wife:AARRGGEE! i cant belive how busy i am! wife: and i thought that babys slept all day! when your wife leaves your house the baby is in the big bed. when you get close to him his face changes. some of the quotes might be iaccurate i dont know if they all say the same things but this is what ann says. please tell me if this helps. i will tell you more when he is a toddler. thanks for reading!!
