Great FPS Action

Think back to the early days of your computer. No Windows 95, just what most of us call today as command prompt. Back then, Command prompt was called MS-DOS, or DOS for short. When it first started you could purchase games for it like Duke Nukem 3D or DOOM. Well, that old old FPS that we all loved so much has shrunk. Now, instead of using DOS, you use GBA.

Much comperable to the old DOS version, DOOM has hit the GBA. Yes, the game still looks like the old C++ version, but that is now the lastest in handheld FPS's. With all the game still here, minus a few bosses, you have an excellent game to purchase.

Lest do some comparrisons

Then-
Your computer played MIDIs
Now-
Your GBA plays MIDIs

This makes for music that is the exact same as that of the original DOS version

Then-
You used basic controls for DOOM like your arrow keys
Now-
You use the directional pad on your GBA

This meand the controls are very used to if you used to play any old DOS FPSs.

I love this old game and I love the way it plays on the GBA, so go pick a copy of it up!

This is simply the best classic...non stop fun and u can play it for hours...no flaws no nuthin....just pure fun

WOW!!!!!!! I am so excited Doom came out for the GBA. I remember when I was a little kid sitting on my dad's lap shooting while my dad steered. I haven't bought it yet but I'm going to get it soon.

Doom has been around for so long that i think that the series was done until all these new systems appereared on the market.

This game looks terrible. after 5 minutes my eyes hurt. Other games look amazing on the gameboy advance but this is just dark and uninteresting. A good game poorly executed for this device.

This is a solid, well bought game with many hours into it. Although Im not sure its worth the 40 dollers when you could download it And play it on your comp.., Id still recommend buying it. The graphics are somewhat pixilated, But the levels are all there, although some are somewhat...modified and some of the bosses seem to be missing. But all of the sound and music is there, And this game has great sound and music. Overall, the game is well worth buying, and in my opinion, one of the FUNNEST games on the gba, Not one of the best, just one of the FUNNEST, And it lasts a long time. BUY IT!

I can't believe that this game came out on GBA! It's THE game that started the whole first person shooter spree. I don't own it, yet, but I plan on getting it, and since I enjoyed the original for PC, I'm sure I'll enjoy the GBA version even more.

When I bought this game, I thought it was a wasted of money. Then I played it, AND IT KICKED BUTT! It had better graphics than the PC, SNES, N64, and Playstation, at least in my opinion. This is a must buy.

Doom is a great game in which you can shoot monsters and zombies.The game is awesome but the lighting is very bad. However bright u set it, its hard to see it. But if u liked it for the pc youll probably like Doom for gba. Buy this game!
