Gaming wasn't bad for me but i was disappointed with the online gaming. ok wasn't worth the keep after beating the game.

What happens in Vegas... Must be finished!!

I got a copy of R6V2 last night and I have to say that I really welcome the only 4 new additions they implemented on this game in which are (character customation, Sprint - like COD4, co-op mission gameplay online, and online/offline rank up system.

I am a huge fan of Rainbow Six series and by far, I like this game a lot more than the first Vegas. Eventhough a lot of you might feel the game is basically just an expansion, for that reason alone is why I like it a lot better than the first. Being able to sprint was something I always wanted in a Rainbow six game, co-op mission gameplay with a buddy online is also something I really welcomed in this game, the ranking system in which is not limited to just online play is simply an incentive for playing this game. And last, but not least, I was able to use my 360 web cam to take a shot of my face and place it on the character................. yes, I know you were able to do this on the first Vegas,,,, but now it doesnt just limits for this to be just online, you can have an image of yourself on the character during the campaing as well.
To summarize, some of you might have expected a lot more, but as a Rainbow Six fan, I have to say that even if it did not change much from the previous one, the new additions fit well on the game, the graphics are a bit more polished and the game itself kicks arse. And to top it off, it runs as smooth as the first, if not better.
Stop complaining and go get this game. I tripple dare you..

This game made some improvements over the last Vegas. I can't stress enough how much i hated being required to play with people to advance in PEC, and thankfully, they've done away with that.

I'm also an enemy of any game that forces you into a character, so I like how this one uses what ever you make.

However, at the same time, they took Rainbow Six Vegas' worst problem, and made it even worse. Terrorists spawning at point blank range with shotguns. That alone pretty much negates all forward progress this game's made, in my eyes.

game play was ok, but online was more like a chore, my son is the gamer(27) and he was really disappointed after all the hype he heard about it!!

I'm a little dissapointed on this new rsv2 .it seen to me that I'm playing the first R six vegas again .I don't know ,the spring feature is cool and the new maps too,but for RS fans as me is not the game I was specting, still exellent game to play ,specially on line .I give this a 4 star for not been lot better than the original rsv. R six is been my favorites since they star .and still does. but call of duti 4 is the game to play for more years .

alls I gots to say about this game is that it's VAGAS BABY VAGAS BABY! This shooter is a first purson shooter (and then but sometime its a 3th person shooter but well get to that l8r) and i dont even have to tell you that it take place in VAGAS BABY!!! (you know, like in the olden times there was this movie about these 2 boys, and one of them boys kep on sayin VAGAS BABY VAGAS BABY!!!!!!!!! and the other one then start to say VAGAS BABY too and now a days when you talk about vagas you have to say VAGAS BABY because it cool and fresh and dope and ill even though its like a 12 year old saying it don't matter cuz everone who yells VAGAS BABY is totally cool and feels like a milion bucks because its a cool think to say) so that's what this game is about.

This game is not like gaylo or Calls from Duty 4 or nothing else. You are a member of the Rainbow Bright. You can't just run round in this game powning noobs and yellin out really smart comebacks like "you're MOM!" (which is the coolest comeback ever totally cuz when you say it your talking about someone's MOM DUDE!!!!!!!!!

no in this game you gots to creepe real slow and get under some covers because the bad dudes are all shootin at you and they are good shoots too no fooling in only one shoot they will have shoot you dead. so be carful and go slowly and stay under the covers and u'll be okay.

The graffiks are top nodch in this game even the smokes look real and the bad guys look real and they even say SWEARS like real bad guys would!!!! So don't let you're mom and dad hear them swears or its no more VAGAS BABY for you know what I'm saying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This game transperts you to famous VAGAS locations like a health club, a library, a wearhouse, a convention center, and even a house in Casta Rico. Now that;s VAGAS BABY!!!!! If you're a playa like me then you been to VAGAS BABY and you hung out at the library and the health club like Frank Sinata and Jerry Fallwell use to do cuz they old skooll!!!

The story in this game is typecal Tom Cruise story like the other games like Tom Cruise Ghost Recon and Tom Cruise GRAW, and Tom Cruise Splinner Sell. It got lots of tecnical words and Raidars and lazer pointers and maps and that's pretty much the whole story. You play as Bitchop who is a mean dude and plays by the rules and he been betrayed by some hipspanic guy who was also a Rainbow Bright. Then you (Bitchop) goes hunting down vazquez or diaz or whatever his name is and you chase him to Casta Rico which is the tropikal part of VEGAS and then you kill him and that's pretty much it.

I recommed this game because of it kicks a$$ and you can pown noobs and it's totally not gayee and it's VAGAS BABY!!!!!!!!!!!! What more can you say?

Just bought this dismorning...Never played the first but am a huge fan of Black Arrow and RS 3. As you know COD 4 is the big game to play on the 360/ps3/pc right now and I love that game..But there is just something about the RS series...Buy this if you like Online shooters....It rules!

the difficulty ruins the game

this is by far the hardest game i have ever played. I am about half way threw campaign and i have died atleast 100 times, playing on the easy difficulty! Other games like halo and call of duty i can beat easily on normal and with some difficulty on hard. I have decided to finish campaign just so i can feel like i got my moneys worth but the fustration it is bringing me is putting me on the verge of insanity. Stay very far away from this game!!!!!!

i havent actually had chance to play this yet but my friends have from england.. its great and i would recommend it for any fps fan...BUT if i would have known that i would have to wait until next month to recieve it then i wouldnt of ordered from here.quite ironic too that i cant cancel my order anymore.. thanks amazon,

Excellent Sequel

This quick sequel to R6V is great; it offers more of the same (a good thing), but the devs listened to some criticism from the first game and it plays out much better. In my opinion, the story missions are way better than the first game - it's shorter (the co-op campaign can be completed in under 5 hours), but it's a more intense affair. The locales are decidedly different than the first, which provides some tactical variety. The co-op is second to none due to the actual cooperative elements in the environments (multiple entry points, cover tactics). The only thing dragging this game down is the crappy matchmaking. Whay aren't we using a party system yet?!? The multi is a blast to play, with tight, choke-point centric maps, but having to search for every game and then play with random people in a sparsely populated map half of the time is unforgiveable. If you have a buddy to play co-op with, this game is a must-buy for action fans.
