Sonic Adventure is the most beautiful video game in history. If you have a Dreamcast and don't have this game then get it now. If you don't have a Dreamcast then buy one and get this game. You will not be disappointed. Sonic is total eye candy and should not be passed up. I can't say enough about this game. It is ineffable(more than words can explain) It plays like a Dream. The people at SEGA are video game gods. What are you waiting for? Get this game now.

Despite being one of the Sega Dreamcast's final releases, the system is worth buying just for this game. I've always been a Sega and Sonic the Hedgehog fan since I was 7, when Sonic first debuted. I played Sonic Adventure 2 from beginning to end in three days, and boy was it challenging! Let me tell you that 3D is MUCH harder than any of the 2D incarnations were, by far. I highly recommend this title to every Sonic the Hedgehog fan, and to those who aren't fans yet, I also urge you to try out this title, and I assure you that you will become a fan.

I thougt it was pretty fun,hard,and a BIG chalenge. But I don't like the fact that there are no adventure fields. It was also stupid that they had Big The Cat somewhere in every level. Now, the Chao on the other hand... they were ALOT more fun to have because there are now 2 more eveolutions the angel(With A halo),and the devil(with a spikeball). And the storyline was alot more unpredictable. And I also liked being the evil people for once. And one more thing the levels are alot harder instead of 3 missions per levelthere is 5,and you get ranked on how well you do there is 1st A,2nd B,3rd C,4th D,and 5th E

Remember those old Sonic the Hegedchog games for the Sega Genisis? I do, in fact Sonic 2 was my first video game. But what about the new one? Well don't worry 'cause this one blows every other game away. The Good: Fantastic graphics, larger levels, and even more missions than Sonic Adventure 1, blowing away it's predisesors 150 emblemes with 180, which are almost impossible to get! And yes, those cute little boggers the Chao are back!
The Bad: Nothing except beating the story mode is too easy.

Not many games today have good sequels, and in some cases the precessor is terrible, or both altogether. Sonic Adventure 2 manages to combine the classic magnetism of the first game, and double its greatness. Crisp graphics, deep storylines, cool characters, trademark gameplay. I only wish it was strictly a Sonic/Shadow game, but the diversity is nice. Could SA3 hit the Gamecube soon....?

The title says it all. I beat the game, very cool ending. (no I'm not going to tell you the ending) Six playable characters. Sonic (duh), Shadow (very cool evil version of Sonic), Tails, Dr. Robotnik, Knuckles, and Rouge (Knuckles' new nemesis). You get to be 2 very special characters at the end (no I'm not going to tell you them either). Three different game modes, high-speed action, shoot-it-up, and treasure hunt (Treasure hunt is really boring though). Special power-ups along the way for new attacks and abilities (not to mention all the character's from old games have their old attacks too). You get to play either the hero or dark side. Twenty-nine long, beautiful, levels and 15 detailed bosses will keep you playing forever. Two player mode is really cool too. Ready for the second half of the game?
Chao! Chao are cute little 1-foot tall creatures that you care for just like a baby. Raise them till' death (yes they do die, but if you cared enough for them they will die back into an egg and you can hatch them all over again with the same traits they had before, except their stats, and they will be a baby again). Feed them, give them stat driving chao drives and 21 animals (animals even change their appearance), and enter them in chao races (another secret). Even raise them into hero, dark, angel, and devil chao depending on which character you raise them with (another secret here). Even take them to school, or the doctor! If you have a VMU, you can play a mini game on it called Chao Adventure 2! These chao have endless possibilities!
The graphics and gameplay are excellent. As you can see Sonic Adventure 2 has many, many, contents that will keep you busy forever! Buy this game no questions asked!

If You've beaten Sonic Adventure this is the game for you. With great graphics, great music, and all new characters this is one awesome ride. But for those of you who have beaten SA1, E102 Gamma, Big the cat and Chaos aren't in SA2, Amy is, but you can't play as her. Hope you enjoy the game :)
