I would recommend this game for anyone who enjoys music. It is alot of fun to play, and can be shared with friends.

Guitar Hero is both entertaining and sharpens coordination and response in my teen boys. Unlike other video games "Guitar Hero" is a skilled game where hand-eye coordination is critical. It is also not a game which causes aggression or moodiness. It actually lifts their spirits!

I bought this for my nephew that lives with us as a birthday gift and he loved it, not only does he play it but me and my husband play it as well. It's also great to play when you have family over! If you have teenage boys or girls I highly recomend it's great fun.

I picked up this title after playing it at a friends house. It is a great party game, and fun solo. One of the most suprising things to me is the universal appeal of the game. My wife plays it (constantly), our friends kids play it. The easy levels are simple enough that a 7 year old can complete the songs, but the expert level is insane!
Song downloads on the 360 are great, i just wish there were more!
The included 70 songs have a good variety and are a blast. I find my self listening to the radio and wanting every song to be available online!

Ever since I purchased this game for the xBox 360 - there has been a Guitar Hero II party at my house every weekend..! My friends and I enjoy spending hours and hours playing co-op and head2head with each other. The new song downloads the 360 offers makes learning new songs fun and competitive! This is the perfect gift for anyone, any age!

Guitar Hero 2 is amazing! I thought guitar hero 1 couldnt get any better but it did. This Game is so much fun wether it be with Friends, or even by yourself! The guitar is so cool, it feels like you are actually playing a real one. There are so many different guitars and finishes that you can choose in the game. The Characters are amazing, they remind you of all the legends, The songs Are great! I was so excited to hear these excellent songs. The Gameplay is amazing and two player is even better! The Bonus dowloadable songs make the game overly worth it. BUY THIS GAME!!!

Just received this as an early birthday gift from my wife and teen-aged daughters. I haven't played a video game since the days of Atari back in the 70's, but being the rock music lover (and former high school air-guitarist), I am absolutely spell-bound by this X-Box Guitar Hero II game. If they had only had this back in my long hair days! Then again, I probably would've flunked my classes due to endless hours in front of the tube. Extraordinary sounds and great variety of music. I heard the next version will be a classic rock genre. Now, I may get fired from my job! Whooya!
