A very fun game, however I thought the first GH had a better song selection. If you are thinking about buying the bundle get GH one for $10 more

This game is the definition of fun. It may seem to be expensive, but believe me, it is money well spent. I have had this game for months, and I think I have played the game at least ten times a week. Every song, I have played at least 50 or 60 times and I'm still not tired of playing! It is just a good mix of music and the fun of actually feeling like you can play the guitar, which is awesome if you are like me and can't actually play a real guitar.
The learning curve may take a day or two at most, and before then may seem like an impossible task. But, don't give up! Once you figure out the way the world works, then you will love the game where you can't put it down. I have been playing video games for twenty something years, and this is definitely one of the best (if not the best) game I have ever played. You must believe the hype, this game is FUN! I don't know how fun it would be if the guitar wasn't a part of the gameplay, but it is definitely what makes the game fun. Once again, I can't stress enough, this game rocks!

My daughter wanted this game for her birthday and I can't get her to stop playing. She loves it. Well worth the money and the music selection is great.

Finally, a video game (non-Wii) that makes kids want to get up and jump around. This one really takes eye-hand coordination, as well as focus and quick reaction time. The song selection has some good tunes, although its a little heavy on the hair bands. I would like to update the game to include The Clash, Gang of Four (Remember "Anthrax?"), Radiohead, more Alt. less Poison. Overall, my son loves it and the tunes that get stuck in your head were already there, anyway (When my son was playing Legend of Zelda, I had those tunes stuck in my head for weeks!).

Everyone in our house is crazy for this video game. It was supposed to be birthday present for my son's 12th, but my wife is now hooked on it too and competes with him for playing time along with my other two kids!!!

Game is great but the adapter that I got for my PS3 to plug in the Guitar didnt even work with the game so I had to return it. Once Guitar Hero III comes out I will buy that instead... so for anyone that wants to get this game for their PS3, DONT! The adapter I got from gamestop doesnt even work with this game like it should. Overall though this game is very awsome.

What a hit I am in the eyes of my grandson.I purchased it for his birthday and he only had eyes (and hands) for it. Since then, he keeps me up to date on his successes. He's only seven, yet has already played "concerts" in big arenas. Thanks for making his birthday (and his favorite grandma) the best.

I'm usually not into many video games but when I played this over a friends house, I had to get it. It is one of my favorite games for PS2. I play it often but it is difficult for me to get past medium difficulty (I'm working on it) I enjoy the alternate characters,the option to buy guitars and outfits. Also, I like the stickers that come with the set to customize the player's guitar. I wish the game had more great songs, but I will just have to buy another guitar hero game, which I'm sure will be worth it. This is an awesome game and I would definitely recommend it.

I got this for my daughter's birthday. She's 9 and she absolutely loves this game. She also handles the guitar controller that came with this game better than her wireless one. This is a great product for people of all ages.
