I wouldn't say that Super Mario World is the best, but its okay. When you can't beat a level though,it gets kind of boring after trying for a very long time. And sometimes the music is so irritating.

This game truly amazed me for snes, I thought it was the best game ever, I played it all my life and loved it. I loved it so much that I wish that I could take this game every where with me.
Well years past and I got a 64 and totally forgot about it. I thought my dream would never come true, but then they came out with the game boy advanced. I heard that it was just as good as snes. Well then I got one and thought it was sweet but then I got a gamecube and left gba alone, but then it happened they finally came out with this game and my heart skipped for joy my dream had come true. After I got the game I was amazed, everything was just the same, the graphics were great adn everything so my dream did come true after all.

If you loved it for the SNES - You'll love this. If you haven't played the SNES version still pick this up because it is awesome. If you didn't like the SNES Version don't get it because it is almost identical. GREAT GAME ALL AROUND FOR ALMOST EVERYONE - BUY NOW!

This is a good game, with funky enemies and riding Yoshi is a blast! However, between the fun times, there are a few levels that just want to make you hurl your GBA (I never did), and as of now I'm stuck on the third boss battle which is incredibly hard. Overall, if you want a good game and like challenges, then you will enjoy this game very much. By the way, the graphics are typical Mario style (but the widescreen helps) and if you are looking for the vegetable-pulling manuevers found in the previous title, they're not here (which is good in my opinion). So there! Just buy this game, already...

I rarely make any review about some video games, but this one is SO worth it. I think this is the best game ever made. The best Mario in history, I already finished the game 96% but I still can't get enough of it. The best video game in history. In my opinion any DONKEY KONG COUNTRY game, specialy DONKEY KONG COUNTRY 2, and any MARIO game, specialy this MARIO, are the best games in the entire history. I also love ZELDA series and I think the CLASSIC NES SERIES is the best of them all!
I bought all three of the games listed above (SUPER MARIO WORLD, this one, DONKEY KONG COUNTRY 2, and LEDGEND OF ZELDA: CLASSIC NES SERIES) and I personaly think that was the best buy I did on any nintendo games EVER !!!
Buy this one. What are you waiting for, huh !!!

Game boy color is fun because it's like the original nintendo only much smaller, but game boy advance is even better because it's like a smaller version of 1990's Super Nintendo and one of the hottest games for it then was SUPER MARIO WORLD.I used to play this on super nintendo when I was a little kid and boy it was fun and still is. I bought this during memoriable day weekened and sure it was only a week till all I had to do was beat Bowser but I got through it so quikly because I remembered alot stuff in it. Alot of old characters had come back to memory, and so did alot of stages and levels. The game at first is easy but will get more challenging the further you. Believe me, this is a good game to buy.

WHAT A GAME! This will delight Mario fanatics everywhere. You must rescue Princess Something-or-other from Bowser, a huge Koopa--but you must pass up to NINETY-SIX LEVELS first. Yes, there really are 96 levels! They're all pretty different, though some share a theme. Here are my rankings (out of five *s) and recommendations for this game:
Graphics: **** Although, like SMA, the game doesn't really utilize the full graphics power of the GBA, the graphics are really cool, especially the backgrounds.
Sound: **** Since the GBA has such a dinky speaker, the music isn't too loud. Still, if you connect it to speakers or headphones, you find that it is very pleasing. The only drawback: It does get a little repetitive over time.
Controls: ***** Even though they are a little difficult to master quickly, I did it in a few days. They respond very well, and there are lots of 'em!
Overall Gameplay: ***** GREAT! You can now be Mario OR Luigi, and you can ride on Yoshi the dino's back! There are cool moves and attacks, like sliding down a hill. The enemies, of which there are a great number, are original. There are also TONS of items and powerups, which are also refreshingly new. The game has pretty amazing replay value, because about half of the 96 levels are hidden but you can still beat the game with only the non-hidden ones, then go back and find the secrets. And remember the Ace coins from SMA? They're back, except they're dragon coins now. However THIS GAME IS REALLY, REALLY HARD!!!!
I recommend it to people from 7 to 777,777! Anyone above seven can probably play it, have fun, and not get too frustrated.
