Much better than Super Mario Advance!

This game is great. It's exactly like the SNES version, except for the fact that this one includes the original Mario Bros. (which is still fun). This is how I rate this game:

Graphics 4/5- Still pretty old school like Super Mario Advance,
but still very nice to look at considering its a hand held.

Sound 5/5- I get the songs stuck in my head for so long sometimes its not even funny. Very smooth and fun to hum the songs while you are playing.

Gameplay 5/5- The most fun part of the game in my opinion is using your cape. I've gotten past some levels by just flying over the whole course. Yoshi is cool, too.

Overall 5/5- A great addition to any GBA gamers collection. It is very long (75 normal levels, 21 secret levels), so it is great for a long car trip or plane ride.

This game stinks. I mean first of all, the whole point is crazy. A guy would never need to squash walking mushrooms in their life. give me a break. it stinks. s-t-i-n-k-s. Dont get this game. you'll get bored of it within 5 years, maximum. i dont even see how it could even get on the market. these people are crazy. if i could give it a 0 star rating i would.

Pros: the guys name is Mario (ive always liked that name)

Well, I was born two years before this came out. I never had super nintendo, NES. I had seen this game a few times, but never got to play it. When it came out on GBA I got it t two days after I saw the commercial. I played it like 24/7 and I realized that it was one of the greatest games i had ever played.....It was..incredible, the game play was awesome and considering a hand held machine could produce such a wonderful gaming expirence and so much entertainment(and good graphics.) If you have never played this before I highly recomend you buy this GAME.

My only problem is I cannot save it in the middle of the game. I have to admit that I am just a beginner therefore I encounter some difficulties and frustration sometimes. Even to play to the middle point is hard.

CLASSIC SNES MARIO WORLD

This game is an EXACT duplicate down to the last pixel and last special effect. 96 levels of hidden secrets, unique music and sound effects and the introduction of YOSHI the dinosaur who later became a mascot on his own. Trust this title to be the most balanced and beautiful of Mario's side scrolling universe. It's platform gaming as good as it gets, period. A Must OWN for any hard-core or casual gamer, it is simply too much fun to pass up, trust me.

I remember those days when I had an SNES and Super Mario World game cartridge, I loved it! It's so fun because you get to see Mario and Yoshi again as they were then! I want to pre-order it so I can be the first to play! If anyone is a fan of Mario, this game is for you.

I, myself rate this game a 5Star all the way. If I would need to give people suggestions on buying games, I would suggest Super Mario World (Mario Advance 2), Super Mario Advance, Mario Kart Super Circuit, and other great titles. I am sure glad to see that Nintendo creators make New Mario Games everyday!

Super Mario World for super nintendo is one of the best games ever made, and the BEST 2D platformer. Now you can have it on a handheld. I recommend it to anyone who likes videogames.

Super Mario Advance 2

Nintendo's "Classic Mario Game Rehashing Machine" has pumped out another product: Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2. As the name implies, inside you'll find a port of the SNES hit Super Mario World. Also included is a modified version of the arcade hit Mario Bros., which unfortunately does not differ from the Mario Bros. mode in the first Super Mario Advance.

I can't believe the first game game I ever ever played is out for the GBA, I haven't played this game for GBA but my 5 star rating is based on my hours of playing it for the SNES. I still can't believe my favorite game ever(don't ask me why)is back, I just can't wait till the day I hold it in my hand-held GBA and flip on the power switch, which is only about 2 weeks away, I plan to get this the day it is released. Okay enough with my yacking lets get down to buisness, you will not be disapointed with this game it has awesome graphics(which is based on the snes version and hopefully will be the exact same)fun gameplay and stuff, but if you ask me the story line is kind of raw but that is no set back at all. so if you want a good game buy this.

SM3 instead.

I love this game but there is one problem. Why not Super Mario 3? In Super Mario Brothers Deluxe they had SMB and The Lost Levels. In Super Mario Advance(1)they had Super Mario 2, and now in Super Mario Advance2: Super Mario World they just skip to Super Mario World. This is my favorite game of all time but I still like Super Mario Bros. 3. One more thing( i know I sound like "Uncle" from Jackie Chan Adventures but who cares)Why did they add Classic Mario again? Taht is Lameo.
