This game is great. the only reason I rated it a 4 overall is because it will not same your custom controller settings.

I have 3 kids ages 7-12 and they love this game. Story line follows very closely to the actual Star Wars Movies. However, we have had huge problems with our game pads configuring properly. I final had to send emails to tech support for help only to find out that they have a bug that causes problems if your are using a logitech wingman game pad (which we have two of). Three emails latter they could not offer any help other than to say "The game's publisher and developer are aware of the problem, but a decision has not yet been made on whether to patch it. I apologize for the inconvenience." Unfortunate for me the buyer! In my book this is not acceptable.

If you buy this game "may the force be with you". If your using a logitech control you will need it!

I bought this game and it is so fun. I like that in the game, you could also play as the Dark Side. You could buy some cool blasters from Dexter the Alien. I got one question: HOW DO YOU UNLOCK DARTH VADER. He looks like a good Dark Side character

This game has been nothing but frustrating for our family. We purchased 2 brand new fabulous computers at Christmas and neither can run this, OR THE OTHER SOFTWARE WE PURCHASED! My sons are disappointed and I am disgusted that children's software is sold that even a brand new computer can not run without expensive upgrades. If we had not opened both games I would have returned them. Obviously, they were opened but never worked. If this was sophisticated software, or if our computers were outdated I would understand, but neither is the case. I expect, and have usually received, much better from Amazon purchases.

I've got every carecter in free play.it is SO fuuny to see Jedi and Sith gang up on each other.It's cool to play as carecters in Dexsters Diner;1 time i took a Droidika for a spin in the diner
and ended up Blasting the other 5 battle droids, the geonosian and
Luminara into the tabels( Ha Ha). The levels are cool and are filld
with enimys to slise and blast apart and there's tons of Droids to
Deactivate with R2-D2 and R4-P17.Out of all the carecters in the game only 3 do nothing: Palpatine, Gonk Droid and the PK Droid.
The HARDest LEVELS: Pod Race, Gunship Calvery and Jedi Starfighter
It took me 30 Mins. for the pod race an Hour for the gunship and
And it took me 2 Hours for the starfighter.Best Carecters: ALL!!!

This game is really a lot of fun for the whole family. Younger children need help from an adult, but adults will find it a blast. I did need to upgrade my video card for it to work, however.

I'm out $20, and have a really pissed off kid...

We have Stars Wars II and I figured it works on my computer, so Star Wars must too. WRONG! In fact, it doesn't work with any Intel graphics card because of some pixel shader 1.1 thing. My kids were so disappointed. They spent their own money on this game, and there's no returning opened software. The tech support people at this company don't EVER answer the phone and NEVER return your call. I should have read the reviews first.

We bought this game for our grandson's birthday gift. he is 7 years old. It is all he wanted and was so excited. Lo and behold upon opening (we found it requires a special graphic card which costs 5 times more than
the game and we could not find the card. Our grandson ended up broken hearted (thanks a lot) on his birthday. it is useless and we ended up buying him a different game. i feel Amazon has misled the customer. We will never order from Amazon again and you managed to spoil a little boys birthday. We could not even return it as it is opened and can't return open software.

This game is very entertaining. The camera angles could be a little better and the controls are a little sluggish on the PC version, but this game is great for those of us we do not want to spend 20 or more hours to finish a game.
