I have had this game for probibly about 2 years and I am still intrested in it. I play this game for hours at a time every day trying to solve the mysteries or destroying zombies. I think this game is great.The action is great and the suspence is increadible. I think this is a great game for everybody that can handle gore. Buy it and see for yourself.

Dude,I speak from exprince because I'b been playing this game since the 1st resident evil game came out..and let me tell you something when people buy this game they can't stop playing it. why only because it's so good,not even a movie can compare this games,not part 1 2 or 3 because the story never stops. your heart will pound the whole game without stoping I promise you that,so if you like horror movies and games this game is a must buy,but not to kill the suspence buy all 3 Resident Evil three games if you want to know all the truth.......

Raccoon City Under Martial Law

First off, this is an example from someone who didn't finish the game completly, or lost the game: A gamer, August 15, 2000 Reviewer: A 10-year old gamer from Whittier, CA USA "This is the worst game I have ever played .It is way to short and has no real reason to play becuase its so boreing .So you should not buy this game its a waste of money."

Now, I had played it over and over and over; and yet I still jump at the suprises! This reviewer needs to get a life, as many of us gamers out there loved it, and the only thing that he probably didn't like was the violence and the scarryness of the game, because he is only 10. But if you know the company Capcom, get this game! And if you don't know Capcom, get the first Resident Evil before this one, it helps you know what is going on in this town! This game was one of the few in the world to be good, and I mean really good. So get it or get out because it's not a waste of money, it's a reall good use for money. And don't even think about not getting one for your kids, because they will love it to pieces! Capcom is the creator of Survival Horror and the savior of Survival Horror. So quit reading and get it already!

Okay, you have your basic "Resident Evil" Zombie-blastin', fairly cool graphics, and a lot of violence (what more could anyone ask for).

The major plus of this game, however, is the options... feeling frustrated? Tired of conserving the cool weapons for tough guys? Wanna just hang out and frag zombies? Go to the "Rookie" portion of the game... you get an Uzi, a Gatlin gun and a Rocket Launcher, all with UNLIMITED ammo! The only downside of the arrange game, is that even if you can beat the game in about two hours, with no saves... it only ranks you as a "B". Regardless... fraggin' zombies with the rocket launcher is awesome!

This game has 2 CDs and depending on which one you pick first, it alters the gameplay. Right after I beat it the first time, I HAD to go back and see what would change if I played the other character first. The cutscenes are awesome, and as a "hack and slash" gameplay fan, I can say that the weapons in this game make it worth playing! You can get all kinds of nifty stuff. Weapons do include automatics this time, so you can blast away with something besides the slow-loading shotgun, and your wussy pistol. I always thought Resident Evil one was fun, but two blows it out of the water! I am sooo looking forward to playing "Nemesis"!

I would like to leave off with a note on "Gun Parts" for Leon. Using the upgrades for the pistol and the shotgun add even more options that make the game that much cooler! I won't tell you what they do, but it's very cool!

The biggest scare ever made

I am a RPG game fan! But I decided to try something new so I rented RE2 and played it with my friend. THe graphics kicked! The gameplay was awesome and it freaked me out at times. I am 12 years old and this is perfect for anyone trying to scare themselves. Also shooting those dam zombies give you a fun fest! Anyway, can someone tell me how to move the character actually professionally because I suck at controlling the character. Does the duel shock analog stick work well?

As you read from the title, this game is a CLASSIC. From beginning to end, Resident Evil 2 brings nothing but pure action and a great storyline. Forget them 1 star reviews. I would give it 10 stars if I could. RE 2 is full of surprises that will turn your stomach sideways. IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT, BUY IT NOW !!!!!!!! CLASSIC CLASSIC CLASSIC CLASSIC

These kinds of game deserves to be recognized and should never be forgotten. There isn't a person on earth that can easily turn away a game like Resident Evil 2 without having tasting it. This is what expect from a game that revolves around zombies and corporate conspiracies. From beginning to end you are hooked maybe not scared but hooked until you have completed the game. Learn your roots!!

I would have to say that this is THE best game out there on the market. The plot is as thick as mud and it deepens to the deep darker roots of a 500 foot tree. There are zombies coming at you from everywhere...it is challanging, but not as challanging as the first one. In the first one, they can kind of tip toe almost to where you can't here them, and when you turn around, boom! They got your neck! It is a great game I would reccoment to any gamer, even if they don't like RPG's as much...good game. Take my adivce.
