Solid Dreamcast game

Even though Sega isn't producing anymore DC games, they managed to punch this one out before the end. Crazy Taxi 2 incorporates everything from Crazy Taxi 1, but with more features. Crazy Pyramid is a pyramid of challenges that you can try your hand at, and possibly win extra vehicles such as a baby carriage, and a push bike!! The levels are awesome in detail, and you can even jump into NY harbor and pick up people on the bottom of the harbor. There are also 4 Completely different people to choose from with different personalities and cars. The only qualm i have is the lack of hills this one doesn't have that the first one had. But overall this is an awesome game at an awesome price, pick it up today and have fun!!

An Amazing Game!

This is a great to sequel to a great game. It has even more features then the first one. In this one you can make the car jump. There are different drivers and a different city. The excitement is just as crazy as the first one and you'll have a blast jumping over cars and landing on them too. The graphics stayed the same, but the gameplay is even better. This game will provide you with many hours of crazy driving.

Great Sequel to a Great Game

My biggest dislike with the Crazy Taxi 2, is the music, and lack of options. I own both Crazy Taxi, and Crazy Taxi 2, and for both of them, i just mute my TV and put on some of my own music. The music that is on there is ok, but it is just so dang repetative. I mean, if you are playing the game for more than about 5 minutes, you have heard both, yes, i said both (as in there are only two) songs, and they aren't even the whole song, just part of each. Also, you can not decide in the options area the traffic difficulty, or the time limit in normal play, which is something that Crazy Taxi (the original) had. That is not something they should have gotten rid of. (I have not beaten the game yet, i just got it yesterday, so maybe, MAYBE you have those options once you have beaten the game or something). Well, enough with the negative, I can get past the music (or lack of it...) and the lack of options. The additions they have made for this game are great. You can have more than one person in the car (....). Also, the "crazy hop" is a wonderfull addition. Itz kinda weird that this game has it, because when I first got the original version, I was wishing that I could hop over the oncoming cars... I guess someone was listening.... Plus, once you beat the crazy pyramid (a series of mini-games) you can have access to the original 4 drivers and cabs. With the great graphics, and very little to no noticable pop-ups graphics, this game is a great buy, and a lot of fun to play. Great if you want to play some DC, but don't have time to get onto PSO (another great game!!) or Quake or something. I would reccomend getting this game if you liked the first one, and even if you didn't, with the new additions to the sequel, you might like this new version.

Craaazy FUN

As an avid player of the first installment in this series, I immediately bought this sequel. It's everything the first one was and more. The addition of the "Crazy Hop" makes things more challenging and simpler at the same time. Sometimes it is much more simple to 'hop' right over oncoming traffic than to try to manuver around them. Other times, especially during the "Crazy Pyramid", the hop is difficult to master. This game could have had more depth...multi-player, internet capability, missions....etc, but it's still a heck of a ride and always a fun time. if you liked the Crazy Taxi, you'll be ready to move on out to New York and brave the streets in Crazy Taxi2! great game for all ages.

Best Crazy Taxi yet!

This is a very good game that I recomend buying. For the Mini Games called Crazy Pyramid you can unlock maps, drivers, a bike and a stroller. Best of all when you beat S-S which is at the top of the Crazy Pyramid you get the original drivers from Crazy Taxi 1. Now whenever you press the Y button on your controller ytour cab will jump up enabling you to jump over cars trucks etc. This is the dreamcast game that you must buy if you have it. The graphics are great and this is the last Crazy Taxi game for the Dreamcast, buy it. Highly recomended AAA+++.

This is one of the best games for Dreamcast I've ever played. The graphics are awesome, and the mini-games are fantastic! I love the songs, yet they get a little annoying after a while. I'd say that this on is better than the second one.

I'm an avid fanatic of the Sega Dreamcast product Crazy Taxi, so I was eagerly waiting to purchase the sequel entitled, "Crazy Taxi 2." Compared to the first Crazy Taxi, this game had four NEW drivers, excluding the ones you saw in Crazy Taxi. I think the mini-games are fun, and there are not really any problems with them.

Well, Crazy Taxi 2 is fun and addictive like the first and I hope there will be a Crazy Taxi 3.

bundles of fun

This game is awesome! If you thought the first one was great, then get a load of Crazy Taxi 2. There are a lot of new and fun minigames. The music by Offspring and Methods of Mayhem is great. There are all new characters to choose from and they all have their own unique cars. The flow of the game is the same as in the first one, but now there is an all new jump function that will allow you to jump onto low buildngs and over the traffic. The best part is that it is in NYC. There are a few landmarks that most people will recognize right away. All in all, this game will be fun for the whole family.

Great, but Frustrating

Crazy Taxi 2 has made a major improvement to part 1. The graphics are still very good, but Crazy Taxi 2 has more things to do, like the pyramid levels, and new hoping feature... Crazy Taxi 2 is way more complex than part 1. The city sizes are almost doubled what part 1 is, and all in grid lock just like New York City. I would have gave this game a five star rating, but there are times I get so Frustrated at it, I quit playing it for a few days... This game needs patience to learn your way around. After that I think you'll love Crazy Taxi 2.
