The reviews I read when this came out seemed to suggest that this was just more of the same, and that that got old. Not so! says I. Yes, it's more Katamari, but that's what you're probably looking for if you played the first one. It evolves the missions by tweaking the goals to be a little more than "as big as you can, as fast as you can." It also takes you deeper into the personality of the King. Every part of the game is turned up a notch or three more from the original.

In short; if you liked Katamari Damacy (and what the hell is wrong with you if you didn't?) then you will, well, love We Love Katamari. I guess that's where they got the name!

If you liked Katamary Damacy, this will satisfy your "rolling" needs. Still lots of fun to roll up random objects around the Katamari world!

As far as complexity goes, this game offers close to none. Still, one can have fun playing this game in pretty much any state of mind. It doesn't require alot of skill or thinking. As a result, even people who aren't good with a video game controller will pick it up fast. Mostly, it's hilarious watching people scream and run away as you roll at them with your katamari.

More Katamari Goodness!

The first Katamari game was an instant classic, and the followup incorporates challenges designed by the fans themselves. If you don't know this series, the premise is that the stars have disappeared from the sky, and your character must roll up objects on earth to turn into new stars.
Accompany whimsically trippy graphics with a catchy Japanese pop soundtrack and the megalomaniacal thrill of collecting stuff, and I call it a winner!

The environments are indoors and out, and include the cosmos, where you can visit the stars you've created, a racetrack, a pond, and a school. Also, you get more characters, more backstory with the King, and a cooperative mode.

I looked for this game for months in game stores and major retailers, but it was always sold out. And with good reason: Katamari fans must have it, and new players immediately love it.

This game is so cute and a lot of fun to play with others taking turns. If you've been to Japan it makes a lot more sense!

If possible, this game is even awesomer than the first one. I don't think I'll ever get tired of rampaging around huge cities rolling up screaming people to awesome cheesy music.

Love It!!! Hours of fun that never gets old!

Love It!!! Hours of fun that never gets old! This game is great fun and most everyone seems to love it. The only thing it could use it a bit better graphics which are coming soon in "Beautiful Katamari" for the Xbox 360. Would recommend this game to everyone.

This game is as good as the first. Lots of rolling fun, more fun music and you are able to get bigger and bigger. The graphics are great and there is lots of humor involved. I love that this Katamari takes you all over the world (there are recognizable landmarks). It's a lot of fun.

The only frustrating thing to this game is that the King talks too much. Sometimes his words get in the way of what you're trying to do. But that's minor compared to the fun.

We're anxious for another one to come out!!!
