ok ppl heres a reveiw of this game in 4 simple ez to understand words "a full 3-d runescape"

heres how the game begins u install it then u play it and it askes for $27.00 per month for one month!!!!!!!!!!!!! if u want to explore teh lands ooooooooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhh and you also can "twink" youself very very very very fast. heres what i really gave this game in a x-play type of form

"dont buy this game, dont rent this game, just put it in the toilet and flush"
and trust me that is the most fun u will ever have with this game and guess what it aint really fun

if u want a good FREE!! mmo go to runescape, or buy a pay type of mmo but is for $15.00 for 3 months (thats better than the first eq) WORLD OF WARCRAFT, or you could always buy the always famous FINAL FANTASY XI ONLINE for a fun non-fan related game * means u dont have to be a fan to have a good time with this game*

oh i almost forgot you ppl know if u played runescape that u can kill each other in the wilderness (yay violence the only redeemeing factor to runescape)well in this game im sorry but there is no PvP combat * means player vs. player* and thats what we want to kick newbie @$$ i said all that needs to be said good not buying this game (sorry bad joke)

Could be better than EQ1...Should give it a shot.

First of all i would like to say that ive tried EQ once and when you start on DAoC as your first MMO, it's hard to find a game that can compare. But when i saw the movies for this game (EQ2), it looks much different than EQ, with graphics that seem to be just as good or even better than the graphics than SWG. Although, it's not as if it's all about graphics... But good graphics help a lot (Reminder of a game in which graphics became a problem for me... Shadowbane lol)
Anyways, since we all haven't played this game yet, theres nothing i can say as in the gameplay but as i saw in the vids that were released, it looks as if this game will be much better than the first EQ.
The styles and skills are COMPLETELY changed, can't compare with EQ1's style/skill system.
Also something to think about, You can't say this game will be horrible and suck because CSR's and how they treated people in the first EQ... You don't know if they are going to have to hire other CSR's. There's no reason to give this game a 1 star because of personal experiance with a rule you broke because i broke a rule before on DAoC and if you just listen to them and don't get angry with them, you might not have to suffer harsh consequences like suspension of account.

I have read many reviews about the 'sequal' to the MMORPG to Everquest. It looks like Sony is making it very differnt from the original game. It looks like a game I could very much get into. The only problem is you won't be able to transfer your current toon into EQ2 because of the vastly differnt leveling and classing system. That will make it hard for all of us that have been playing EQ for a while and have high level characters. It's either give up all that work, AND your friend, or play both. When this is realeased, I'll have to make the decision, but I'll probably end up playing both.
Keeping my eyes on this game to see how it goes and hopefully it will turn out to be just as entertaining as EQ was.

This is my first MMORPG and I am enthralled! The graphics are phenominal, the scope of the game is amazing, and the sound (music and voice) is first-rate. I have found EQ2 to be easy to begin as a newbie.
I have been gaming for over 20 years, and every once in awhile I find a game that completely takes me over. EQ2 is one of those games. If you have the system for it and enjoy a fantsay setting, I strongly urge you to jump into the realm of Norrath (just be prepared to give up a good chunk of your life....)

I love playing mmorpg games. For awhile I played the first everquest. Eventhough the graphics weren't great the game was well done. However, everquest II has taken care of that problem very well. The new graphics and characters along with new quests and enemies has made for a great new game. I recommend this game to all those who love RPGs.

Escape-ism at its finest. Your money would be better spent on a tread mill you will spend hous doing nothing.

The customer service is non-existant
The Policing of the population is non-existant

How would you like to b3e playing one day and be propositioned for sex. Yes it happens. If you want to play a game to escape and have fun get some freinds and go play frisbee...you will live a longer happier life, I promise.

Everquest 2 a new beggining !

I have been playing everquest since release after beta. As all of you players know it started out fun every character was (after all the patches to fix them up) equal. Every Character had a role. SOE Knew this but for a good MMO to keep up you would need new things so they introduced new expansions crafting etc. The bad thing about it that old eq was only used for Noobs to start out and when venturing to about the 20th level they could go to the moon and level there. It was a good idea but failed in grping participation. A lot of people were scattered around eq there wasnt a friendly enviorment expet the guilds. Though Eq2 is soon out and i have made a lot of research. They are making it so that you have to explore the worlds for yourself class balance, everything. New graphics will be amazing and above all the AI. In Eq 2 if user friendly both for the hardcore players and for the less frequant players. Meaning that there are a lot of things to do. I think you should read about it before jumping in conclusions. eqii.com is a starters !

I realize that you will hear some people complaining about things that need to be changed in the game, and I will admit that there are some things that I would like to see in game myself. After saying that Everquest 2 already passes up every MMORPG that I have ever played. I have previously played Everquest, {EDIT} As I am playing Everquest 2 it feels like I am in a living world and am constantly finding new places to go and more things to do. This game also boasts the most character customization out of any MMORPG. The Character customization does not stop with the way you look or what class you are, there are various traits, racial abilities, and various other abilities that you achieve at different lvl's that give you more ways to customize your character to your play style. In my opinion this is the ultimate MMORPG and is definately worth trying out.

This game is a waste of $$$$. The first EQ was the greatest. The only problem was that there was 10 expantions for it which was pretty retarded. This game has great graphics, but the more pretty-looking the game gets, from my experience the crappier it gets(Except for HL2 and cs souce!!). I would strongly recomend WoW over Eq2.1 thing that is so retarded is how much memory it takes up. Anyway get WoW istead of this and ull thank me and LUV ME FOREVER!!!!!
