Ratchet and Clank is hands down the best game I have played. The graphics are awesome. If you look up at the sky in all the worlds the detail is amazing. On most of them it looks like they just took a picture of our sky and stuck it in there. The attention to detail is great. The difficulty can be a bit high but it is fun and challenging, not frustrating. Great game! It's my fav.

Remember the old, good, Spyro?? Well if you enjoyed that, then prepare for something twice as tasty, served up with flawless gameplay. Ratchet and Clank is a stunner, and I can honestly say that I've seldom had a better PS2 experience. Well done, Insomniac Games!

That's what it seems like anyway. But - R&C has it's own flavor in gameplay. It also has better graphics and a faster frame-rate than J&D. I suggest Ratchet and Clank for anyone.

Ratchet&clank is great,i mean this game is so so cool!When it first came out i thought it looked weird,Wow was i wrong it is great and i recomend it to all gamers.Now i want to give you my ratings on R&C.First gameplay 10/10.the gameplay is great it is so different from any oher game it has great wheapons and gadgets it features really cool worlds and great missons it is sort of hard at first but you get the hang of it fast.overall the gameplay could not be much better.Now storyline 10/10.the story is great.Its about chermen Drek who is the bad guy.He plans to take all the planets and make one big planet that he ruled.All and all the story is great.Now music 10/10.This is the only thing that is not great,But is still good.now graphics 10/10.They are awasome,They could not be much better.now charicters 10/10.They are great ratchet is so cool he is a perfect videogame guy.And clank is good to.now replay ability 10/10.You could play it over and over and you still would have lots of fun.Overall review.The game overall is great i give it 10/10 its great.I recomend R&C to all gamers and for all ages.And if you want to know if you rent or buy?Buy it!I hope this review was helpful to you.All i can say is Ratchet&Clank is the best ever!!! all

Have you ever wanted to play a game both exciting and adventurous? This is a game for you. It is called Ratchet and Clank. Not only is it exciting and adventurous, it is action packed and full of explosions. You get weapons, gadgets, spaceships, and items.
This game is about Ratchet (some kind of animal) who finds a robot that crashes to his home planet. The robot tells him that an evil alien named Drek is going to destroy every planet. He is going to do this by taking little sections from each planet and putting all the pieces together to make a new planet. That would cause the planet that he took the piece from to spin out of orbit and blow up when it hits the sun. Clank (the robot) is looking for a superhero named Captain Quark. Clank asked Ratchet if he would help. Ratchet decides to help. You go through many levels of excitement, color, and many planets.
You get weapons along the way. Some are stronger than others. You get two to start out and they are the wrench and the bomb glove. You can get other weapons to like the blaster, pyrocipter, taunter, devastator, decoy glove, visibomb, glove of doom, waloper, drone device, and the best weapon is the R.Y.N.O.
Some of the gadgets you can get are the swing shot, grind boots, magnet boots, helipack, thruster pack, hydro pack, trespasser, and the hydrodisplacer.
You have to destroy a ton of aliens and other creatures. You can get a hover board and enter two races. You get bolts, gadgets, or items for winning.
I would recommend this game to anyone who likes explosions, weapons, and adventurous games. I liked it because of the explosions, weapons, and gadgets. It is rated T for teen. The sequel is even better. It is called Ratchet and Clank Going Commando.

the special weapons in this game are awesome and it's presented in a very fun way. My only compaints are that sometimes the worlds are too big and also you sometimes are not sure which planet you're supposed to be going to. overall though a great game, can't wait to play going commando.

I absolutely LOVE this game!!!! I have been playing since my teenage boys gave it to me for Christmas, I can't stop. I thought I got to the end of the game, and it gives you a choice to start play all over again to get ALL the items and secret places that you missed the first time, BUT, it allows you to keep all your money and weapons!!! I have probably spent about 70 hours already on this game, and can't wait to get back to it now!

This game can be described in one word amazing. Absoutly the best combimation ever. It has everything hoverboard races/tricks,
flight combat,humor,and a plot that gets better and better as you progress all based in the best action/adventure game setting. With over 20 differnt wepons and the best plot line you'll fall in love with it before you're done. It is with out a doubt the best game ever!
