This is the most awesome game! I finished the entire thing in less than 72 hours. Very unfortunately, however, there were some characters whose voices are different than the TV actors, but the only two with different voices that really matter are Buffy and Willow. Buffy and Faith have amazing fight moves, and they're very easy to manage. Willow's magic is GREAT! You rarely have you use medi-packs. Spike's moves are really good but he's hard to fight with because he's probably the biggest character. And Xander's pretty good, but the women are really better to use, and also his moves aren't the best. Seriously though this is a great game.

Fun - but not as thrilling as other reviews imply....

I'm a little startled by the reviews for this game - because although Chaos Bleeds was fine - its not the fantastic experience that the other reviews imply.

I think some of the reviewers are a little biased because the Buffy name is on it. And I'm a major Buffy fan, so that says a lot.

I think overall the game is good - but it didn't reach its potential. It was cool to see the majority of the actual cast do voice-overs, and some of the graphics are cool, but there are still numerous problems with the game.

There is entirely too much pointless running around. A fair amount of the game is running around places and opening doors.

The inventory system is intolerable. You have to shift weapons during actual game-play - you can't pause the game to shift to a new weapon(s). Ridiculous when you are in actual fight.

There is a time-delay and motion lock with moves. Sometimes character will become 'locked' into a fighting move - so ofttimes you find yourself hitting air or an inanimate object when in a fight. And while this is happening, you are getting whaled on. Again, ridiculous.

Finding clues are a bit obscure. I had to consult a cheat sheet for the last few levels simply so I could complete the game and no spend an inordinate amount of time on a level.

If you are a Buffy fan - its worth checking out - but please take it with a grain of salt. If you are a gamer and not a major Buffy fan - you might not find the payoff all that worth it.

I love this game!!! It is a must have for any Buffy fan, and even non-Buffy fans. I have a friend who liked the game, and he doesnt even watch the show. Anyway, this is a really good game with semi-dfficult parts, and is a really good game over-all. I love it!!!!!

Yes, this game appears to be quite excellent, but it is NOT a "Season 8" story. The creators have been telling us the entire time that it will be a lost episode from SEASON 5. Please only post information that you know to be true, otherwise you will lead someone to make the wrong decision.

I had high hopes for this game. Almost every single review I read was positive. They talked about good graphics, good voice acting, and a generally good game. None of that is true. Sure, some of the voice acting (from the actual cast of the show) is fine, but the horribly long pauses between each line of dialogue ruin anything that might be there. And that's not even counting the game play, which is simplistic "run around and click until you find the right door to open" and "fight badly." Which brings us to what could laughably be called a fighting engine. I spent most of my time yelling: "No, don't kick the air, kick the vampire. Turn around, turn around. No, go the direction I'm pointing." I press the punch button, and two seconds later, I punch. Great. This game is horrible. Please stay away. Stay far away. Put a stake in it, it's done.

All I have to say is that all the other reviews were terrible. THIS GAME IS AWESOME!!!! Not only does it have GREAT graphics, but it also keeps you on the edge of your seat the entire time! It is one game you can play over and over and still find something new each time! I have never found a game that is so challenging. I LOVE IT! I especially like the parts of the game when you play as Willow. If you're smart, and are a Buffy fan, GET THIS GAME! It is worth every penny!

Buffy Chaos Bleeds is one of the best game. The graphics are not bad at all. The cartoon looks of the characters in this game looks excactly the same to the real live characters in the show.It's very impressive!!!!The game control for PS2 is very easy. The voices for BUFFY is not bad because the voice actor for Buffy really captured the voice of Sarah Michelle Gellar. The combat moves are great, too. All that kicking..martial arts..punching that Buffy does in the show is also similar in the video game..I recommend this game..BUY it...This game is worth BUYING...I hope Buffy video games will continue..............

I played this game and it was sick!It is fun,challenging,exciting,hillarious sometimes,and scary!Its the best of both worlds!!!WE WanT AN ANGEL AND ANOTHER BUFFY GAME OUT!!!!PLEASE!!!!Put back Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel back on air!!!!!!or we will be quite upset with Joss Wheadon and Marti Noxon!!

I GOT A DEMO OF THIS GAME AND THE GRAPHICS ARE PRETTY GOOD AND U CAN PLAY DIFFERENT CHARACTER WITH AN AWESOME MULTIPLAYER MODE, FROM THE STORIES THIS IS A LOST EPISODE FROM THE 5TH SEASON. EACH CHARACTER HAS IT's OWN SPECIAL ABBILITIES SUCH AS WILLOW HAS MAGIC AND BUFFY HAS SLAYER POWER AND ETC. I CAN"T WAIT FOR THE FULL VERSION.
