well i am in an odd posision i own the game but i have never played it becase i dont have a nintendo DS but i will get one for christmas but i have played it a little on n64 but i cant wait to play the ds version. but so far i look throu the instrucion booklet and se how it controls thare are 3 ways you can can control it one the no tuchscreen way ware you have to hold Y to run the tuchscreen way ware you use your thumb protected by the ristband that raps around your thumb or the left/right haded way if you are left handed you can use the control pad for the buttions notis that the A/B/X/Y are in the sameshape as the control pad and then you use the tuch screen for moving the player.
as you know i never played the the minigames becase i have only looked at the book and played a little of the n64 versions but i have heard that they are one of the hilights of the game and look forward to playing them.
this also puts in a the prof that the nintendo 64 games can be put on ds games and i am wondering Zelda..maby...please
over all i like it and it diseves 5 stars!

Mario 64 with some cool new features

This is a cool rework of the console version. In the "Rec room" there are tons of mini games that take advantage of the touch screen and dual screen nature of the DS. In adventure mode you can play as Wario, Mario, Luigi and Yoshi. The game plays about the same as the original 64 version with improvement on the original graphics and there are many added changes and improvements over the original. All in all it's kind of boring if you've beat the 64 version a billion times, but it's still fun as a handheld and for kids who are too young to know the 64 console version.

Pretty Good

At first before I got this I thought it would be the best game ever invented. But then after I beat Bowser the First time, the game got kinda impossible. You cant find any more stars and it gets really boring. I found myself playing the mini games more than the actual game. And after a while I played the Metroid Prime Demo more.So over all, people are relly overestimating this game!!

This game is soo cool... it has a reck room you play mini games with it. One of them is really cute it is loves me or loves me not. It is not like the old ones. Yoshia starts and Mario and is gang are trapped by browser, so if you really love Mario you would wanna save him. Yow can also draw pictures of Mario and Yoshia.

as all of you know, mario and his super hot girlfriend peach (her name is a kind of fruit. I wouldn't name my kid this but whatever.) A new evil is unleasheddd!!! Shy Guy is at it again. He stole peach's silver medalion and now has the power to rule the seas. Mario and his super legion of cheep-cheeps (pardon the pun) must return it to peach to make things right again. You can not only play as mario, but also his friends, oscar, Jed, alex and Moe. (What a team!). After you accomplish this, Bowser steals the medallion(go figure). After a surprize accident injures Mario, its up to oscar, the leader of the furious foursome, to save the day. eventually, you can play as peach, and participate in special races unlike any before (riding on chain chomps is exciting)! Make sure to obtain all of the item boxes, or else things might get sticky. thanks for reading!

This game is totally sweet!

This is a remake of the ever popular Nintendo 63 version. In this new version its 4D but the old one is 2D. There are 8 new characters including Bowser, Daisy, Dry Bones, Shy Guy, Boo, Wario, Waluigi, and Toad. This game is too easy. I beat in it 3 days. You can use airplanes to go straight to the stars, and i thought that was pretty cheap. Overall i dont recomend this too anyone. There are 200 new levels, but theyre wasnt no minigames.
