This game is makeing a break through in the U.S. also thanks to the show Yu-Gi-Oh! But back to the topic at hand this game puts your mind to work with some real thinking, you can make an unbeatable deck and become the real "King of Duels" or you can make the weakest deck and just be another victim of the soon to be "King of Duels" the "MAD HATTA"!!!So a word to the competetors of Yu-Gi-Oh! you better watch out the real king is here!

there are 3 good words for this game.best game ever.you can enter cards with the 8 digit code on cards on the bottom left corners.
some cards don't have numbes.but me no know why.ask konami...eventhough i don't have it yet,i've played a friends.graphics need a little work.that's the 1 star that's missing.you can also trade and duel friends...

this was one of the best games i have eva played. it was not too hard to beat though. though at the begining kiaba gave me a problem but i have now beaten him over 125 times. i did this so i might win the BEWD(blue eyes white dragon) and i cant belive i still have not got it. there are 2 bad things about it: the pix are not that great though u can tell what it is. the other is the effects. my fave card is the time wiz,i have the card in real life and in the game. i cant belive the damn card dont have the time attack(all show watchers will know what i mean) thought there are effects there are no really powerful ones.
one good thing is the traps(if u get the game get plenty of acid trap holes and widespread ruins). and another bad thing which is also a good thing in a way is the deck volume. so u cant get out the BEWD or dark magician or any real good card in your first game.
but who cares about that, u should go out right now and buy the game. no buts. go now
IT RULES and i have spent many hours in the car and plane trip to england and germany playing this and i could not put it down(like a real good book)
well buy it

Dark Duel Stories is not an rpg game if thats what you thought, usually in rpg's you can walk around. Not in this. You sit in the main menue the whole time and just keep playing cards the whole time, not once do you leave the main menue. It is extremely repetitive and not worth 30 dollars, however if you are really into the card game and have a lot of money to waste it might be okay, however most people dont have too much money to fork over for a game that wont be too fun. I hope this review was useful.

This game is a must have! It even comes with cards for the real card game(the cards are ACID TRAP HOLE, SALAMANDRA, and SEIARYU)! You can batle 15 different people! The LEAST amount of deuls yuo can have is 75! First, you make a deck of 40 cards(no more, no less). Then your ready to duel! I think it's cool how you have to keep your deck vol. below a certint number untill you get better. You get to make your own cards, too! you start out with 8000 lifepoints in a duel instead of 2000, so you have time to plan things out. I think the pasword thing is just to get you to buy cards, but it gives a nice twist to the game. There's one flaw, you should be able to duel yugi's dark side as a final deul. As you most likely guessed, I have the game. This is a must have for all YU-GI-OH fans.

B.eyes ultra is a devine and you can't defeat it unless you have a DARK HOLE or a RAIGEKI. Gate guardian is Nitemare's best card.

This is the best game because you play yugioh and it teaches you how to play if you dont know how to.So kids tell your parents to buy this for your birthday.I bet you'll love this game for gameboy color because you probally like the cards by now right.But if you dont have cards well still you are going to like this for sure I bet.

Yes, I do like Yu-Gi-Oh, but the GB game just plain sucks. There's no story, all you just do is beat one opponent 5 times, move on to next level, repeat. This hurt the game big time. The graphics outside of duels are ok, but graphics inside duels suck. You have 5 brown blocks which represent cards, and when you highlight a card, you get to see a picture of the card and it's stats. The music is too annoying and repetitive. The gameplay is easy, turn over card, hope it beats the opponent. You'll probally learn the basics in a half-hour. And there are several things that are flawed. One, you can only cary one deck at a time, and if you want to make a new deck, you must dissassemble the deck you constructed and put together a new one. Another flaw is that the cards in your chest are in no logical order. You need to go through all 800 cards to find the one you want. ABC order would've helped this. Finally, you have to duel very weak people hundreds of times before you can get your duel level high enough so you can play all of those powerful cards. This game is just a waste of time. Watch the show, and play the CCG if you want, but STAY AWAY at all costs.

You should really buy this game. The people you duel are hard but not impossible.
