This game is fun. It provides fun if u dont want to be blowin up peoples heads. There is a lot of things to do and it isn't just farming.

I LOVED Harvest Moon GBC! I had tons of fun with it. I think that if you enjoy RPGs or SIMs, you will love this game. It reqiures players to think and plan, so it has some educational value. It also teaches younger players responsibility, as crops need to be watered daily, and animals tended. I think that some minor changes could make the game better, but all in all, you should give Harvest Moon GBC a try. One last thing: This game is addictive! I gotta go water my crops, so bye!

I grew up on a real farm and I can say it was nothing like this game. still this game is a fun game that is especially great for long, boring trips. This game would not be liked by people who favor action and "exciting" games. If you like the sims, animals, tamagotchi, survival kids, legend of the river king, or any other games like these this game is worth it. As a 15 year old girl who is too clumsy for action games this game saved my gameboy from the donation bin.

I have played this game, and it turned out to be very interesting. It is a game that you don't want to make too many mistakes on because your progress in the game depends what ending you'll have. After you finish the game, you can keep on playing the game too, so you don't have to start a new game. All the bugs in the GB version were fixed in this version, so there shouldn't be anything wrong. It is a good game for those who have patience.

Harvest Moon is a great game. It's challenging and you have quite a few optoins. The only flaw is that the years go by slowly and the days seem to get repetative. Overall it's an awsome game though.

When Harvest Moon was first released, not many people thought that a game about farming would not sell well because it would seem "boring". Surprise, surprise because harvest moon was praised everywhere by sim fans that enjoyed the toils of everyday life.(Think the Sims, ten years ago). Anyways, Harvest Moon is a great game in which you must farm and ranch and dig your way to more money, crops, animals, and health/happiness in order to appease the ghost of the previous owner. I don't really know exactly who to reccommend this to. This is great for a simulation fan, but little kids might become bored, so I'd recommend this to anyone above the age of ten who has hours to spend on this great adventure.

Harvest Moon lets you start your own life,responsibility,and raise your own crops and animals. There are hard times, yet there are many festivals and things to explore. Harvest Moon and Havest Moon 64 are possibly the best games U can buy. If you like helping things grow as opposed to killing them, that is.

I found this game hard to put down, (my thumbs still hurt)!! it is fun but WARNING it's highly addictive (prepare to have your thumbs amputated)!!

I saw this game being reviewed on a videogame show and thought it looked stupid so I decided to borrow it. On the way home I was thinking would ever play this game, well after awhile I figuerd who would...ME!!! It may look boring but it really is fun, I was playing that game all night for like 17 hours none-stop. There is so much you can do in it I mean come on:

-Farm crops
-take care of animals
-talk to the inhabitents (people)
-meet girls
-farm MANY crops
-and much more!

Trust me this game is super-duper fun!!! (super-duper?) If you like this Harvest Moon or any other HM I reccomened Animal Crossing on GC you dont get to farm or that kind of stuff but well its kind of like The Sims meets Harvest Moon but its still fun if you like HM!!

The title says it all. I got this game because I had heard very good things about it. Once I got it, I thought it would be easy to beat, BUT IT'S NOT! I still havent won it after about two months. From my experience, I can tell that this will be a good game to play again after I've won.
