The Final Fantasy series are one of the greatist rpgs around and Final Fantasy is right there with the series. The games music is some of the best of any rpg and with the story it tells you dont need the great graphics it DOES have. The onley reason I got a Play Station was because of Final Fantasy and I must say I am not the least discouraged to buy the next system that comes out with the next Final Fantasy game.

Final Fantasy 7 is definitly a good game. i should know, being the game freak that i am. I play comp. games so much, that i beat this game 11, count em, 11 times. i've gone through every nook and cranny in this game. ive beat ALL the weapon monsters (Ruby(hardest boss in the game)emerald, diamond and ultimate) and collected 3mastermagics/3mastersummons/3mastercommands. Trust me. I know a lot about this game. After that long, i am still hooked to it, even though i'm workin on ff8 right now. You want to know what i think? i saw this game, and i was hooked from the start. GET IT and you become as much of a game freak as me! :)

This game is simply AMAZING in the graphics, musical, and storyline departments. For all of those die-hard Final Fantasy series types, this game is a must. While it lacks some of the challenge of the original 6(yes, I've played the Japanese ones too), the videos and music easily make up for it. In the storyline department, non-linearity is the key word. The plot takes so many twists and turns you will find that you have to play it multiple times to fully understand it. In my opinion, the only game that beats Final Fantasy VII as far as making use of available technology is the awesome ChronoTrigger. You must buy this game!!!

This game is like a novel one reads and participates in. The graphics are both great and yet "rinky-dink" simultaneously. There's so many games inside this game. Chocobo racing, fighting random onslaughts, ever developing power for the characters. It's like you go out, earn money, buy a better weapon, armor, magic, accessories, items, a room at an inn to heal your wounds! It took me 5 months to finish and I can't wait to start over again so I can get it right this time! Like a good book, there are some boring moments where you just have to watch scenes of character histories and events that can not be sped up, but those are good times to eat, refresh your libation, hit the lavoratory. I've renamed all the characters after people I know. This is the best RPG I ever played. Got to go feed my baby Chocobo. Ciao.

Final Fantasy 7 is about the best FF game ever. It beats FFVIII with it's storyline and introducing in characters. You'll laugh cry and even be mad at the characters sometimes. It's a great RPG. My parents took it away fot two months because I stayed up till 1 am in the morning. I just could not stop. This RPG just will grab you and never stop pulling. This is a great rpg and I recommend you to buy this.

There has never been a beter game in existance. there will probably never ba a game of this calaber again. It has been 5 years since i first beat this game and i still consider it the best game ever. the plot is the selling factor. an unlikely and at times reluctant hero with a shadowy past and a twist of insanity take on just about every one in the world over the course of the game. oh, and it plays excellent too if you are more interseted in game play. but be prepaired for deapth of gameplay and plot. you should probably clear your schedule too.

Even though final fantasy 11 is coming out I'd stick with this one. The bosses rock even the secret bosses(The weapons) If you can manage to get all the matiera, Ultimate weapons, and Level 4 limit breakes then no boss can beat you! You can even breed Chocobos ( Sorta like Emus) to get the best one. I'd say this is the best FF game Ever!! Oh and if you think caus its old the graphics won't be any good your really really WRONG!

This is a cool game!I played the PS1 version at friends and I think it the best FF game ever! The PC version (what I heard of) isn't much diffrent from the PS1 version. The summons are really cool and The final boss in the game is one of the most powerful bosses Squaresoft ever made.To keep things short, BUY THIS GAME!!! Gamer Geeks Rock!
