At first the game is frustrating because it is very fast but, once you get the hang of it the game can be VERY entertaining. You can also set the game from Normal mode to Easy mode if it's still too hard. This game is one of my favorites and I recommend it.

This game is a lot of fun. It was a little bit harder in places than others but that was fine. Can't wait for the next Sonic game for the DS system.

i read many reviews for this game and thought, hey this should be fun, but i did not get what i expected. sonic just runs to the end of the level . there is no "game" part to this game!

here is what i like and dislike

~ music, nothing else

Disliked

~ nothing to do just run

~ you get 3 lives

~ no object of the game

~ i don't really get what to do in 2nd zone. soon it starts counting down

from 5 then says game over... does he run out of air? please put it in the comment section if you know

~ not really challenging

those are just my top 5 dislikes

next time i think i will stick to Kirby and Mario

even though Mario is a little hard!

don't buy it it you expect adventure/ action!! or fun

I didn't really like this game, I guess if you like all the other sonics, this is basically the same, nothing different. I remember liking Sonic when I was little, but now it doesn't seem like there's a point. You just always press the right arrow and Sonic runs and you just watch him run for like every level (well, I've only tried the first two before I became bored, but I'm quite sure that's how the rest of the levels go).

I used to love playing the Sonic games on my Sega Genesis so I was very excited to receive this game. I played for about 5 minutes and put it back in its box. Boring, boring, boring... I doubt I'll ever play it again.

This game brings back all the great memories of the old sonic games. Speedy Sonic now teams up with a fiery cat named Blaze. The Tension Guage makes it even speedier. Awesome graphics and cool word selections(Blaze doesnt trust ANYONE!) Now, to Shawn Watson "God of Gods", I beat both the final boss AND the last special stage. I didn't know about the 'pause trick' until now, so I did it regularly. All you need is PERSEVERANCE! Sonic and Blaze then become Super Sonic and Hyper Blaze. I beat the 'extra zone' , which is really hard, but your effort is somewhat rewarded when you see the movie of Blaze leaving. The only problem is that it's a little short, but not as short as other Sonic games.

Get this game because it's in total 3D! Unlockable Super sonic, a new character blaze! This game is so raw, you can do trick moves, grind on rails, do rush mode, and run from screen to screen! If you love fast pace games this is the one game you need. Much faster than sonic advance 3, gotta get dis.

Back to the original formula...sort of.

Finally, a portable Sonic game that actually feels like the older Genesis games..

Everything about this game is great except for the one minor flaw.. It seems like sometimes there are holes in spots where you have to memorize that part of the level in order to know exactly how to get past it, the only reason this is bad is because Sonic is about speed, and slowing down and analyzing a part really breaks up the action..

The movement switches from top to bottom screen seamlessly (which was another thing I was worried about) and you'll never lose track of the action.

Sound is fine, sound isn't annoying, but it doesn't stand out either.

Controls are just as easy as ever.

this game rocks! so fast so hard! and that super speed thing is great! sega has been on a losing streak (and they still are but not with this game!) fast and fun! replay value isn't so high i only pick it up to play a few select levels from time to time

but don't worry guys, Sonic Rush Adventure (Sonic Rush 2) some pirate themed story story will suck like they always do but sonic adventure stories rocked!! i want sonic adventure 3 same game engine and all! ARGH! miss those games!
