This game is Ok, but when you have to challenge this guy that is all blue and says that he wants your millenium puzzle, there is basically nothing you can do except dualing him. It is like impossible to attack his life points because sometimes on the first turn he summons a monster with 4000 atk. and 4000 def.In the beginning, it's easy geting cards from other dualists. Oh and in order to get stronger monsters, you have to get all sorts of cards in your hand and put them all together. Who knows what cards you need.

This is an incredible game. You role play as a young pharoh (yu-gi-oh look alike) and have to solve riddles to save your kingdom. If you liked Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, and both Zeldas you'll love this.

in this game you will play as two characters in different time periods . First you will play as The Hero a eygptian prince then you play as Yu-Gi a mondern time kid who plays a card game called Duel Monsters. YU-GI-OH FORBIDDEN MEMORIES is a great game that everyone should have.

Confusing at first, but great, challenging fun!

Bought for my 7 year old son, this game stayed on the shelf for 2 weeks after first frustrating trial. We are both fans of the TV show, but unless you are very familiar with the card game, this is almost impossible to understand at first. We still haven't tried going through the story-duel part of the game again; instead, we have been concentrating on the "free duel" part, to better learn the card combinations. The problem is that the computer opponent already knows all the combinations, and no part of the game or instruction manual explains this to YOU, so you will lose many, many duels until you learn what card combinations result in the stronger monsters. We had to get a notebook and make a chart of what types go with what, but even the correct 2 (or 3) types is still no absolute guarantee that it will work. Also, when the computer opponent makes a combination, it shows it so quickly that it is really hard to see what it combined, so you can't learn much that way either. BUT, if you really like Yugi-oh, and if you are not easily frustrated by losing a lot at first, AND if you have a REALLY good memory, you will eventually come to LOVE this game. It has a separate 3-D battle sequence you can choose when you attack, which is cool, (although I find the attacks less creative than Pokemon Stadium), and if you earn enough star chips from winning duels, you can enter passcodes from your Yugi-oh cards to get those cards into your video game deck. I wish you luck!

The game rocks. You play differnt townspeople in the game and when you defeat them you nget a new card and starchips. There are different ways to enter and start a game. You can also practice dueling by going to "Free Duel" in the mainmenue. When you defeat the townspeople in the game they whill be in the "Free Duel" to practice on and get more cards.

This game rocks!

I love this game. I'm completely hooked on it. I can't play it for six weeks because my parents grounded me, but since they've taken Yugi away, I've sooo completely learned my lesson. You can learn how to play the card game just from watching Card Master K and mimicking what he does, it's pretty easy. Now I'm addicted to it, and since I can't have the game yet, I'm buying me some Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards, dude. This game rocks.

Yu-Gi-Oh - The best game out of Japan

at first i thought this game was gay as hell and then my friend forced me into playing it and that game was more addictive than drugs i mean this game hooks you. I am supposed to be getting the game today and it is a great game. I give it 5 stars. This game lets battle the virtual world of duel monsters. You get all sorts of different mosters, some fuse together. There is different type of monsters too. Also there are trap cards, equip cards (to power up your monster), and magic cards that do all sorts of damage which can mean you sacricing all of your mosters on the field for his ( black hole ) or wiping ot his line of monsters with a Raigneki. my final words are Yu-Gi-Oh is the greatest game out of Japan.

Play Yu-Gi-Oh on PSX or PS2

This game is mainly a card game, not an RPG. You can choose who to play against first, but only sometimes. Fans of the TV show or actual card game will like it. The rules are slightly simplifyed, but they are closer to the actual rules than those of the TV show. Buy this game if you like Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic the Gathering, or stuff like that.

I got this game for christmas, and it's pretty good. It's fun to play as yami yugi in ancient egypt, then as yugi in modern day, and the 3d battles are fun, but if there's something to complain about it's the cost of most good cards. In a battle you can win 1-5 star chips, and lots of cards cost 999999 starchips. One other thing that lessens the fun of the game is that if you lose one duel, it's game over, and if you didn't save before that you have to start all over again. I've heard it was supposed to come with a few promo cards(Red eyes black metal dragon, Metalmorph...) but it doesn't, so don't expect anything extra in the case if you buy it.

Please Help Me I don't know wether to buy this game or not
