Fast paced lacrosse fun

I have played lacrosse for 5 years and have desperately been wanting a lacroose game. when I finally found this my prayes were answered. This game is undoubtedly fun even though hit is not pretty or a sim. I like the blitz or hitz feel of the game and enjoy leveling an attack who dares to enter my crease. If you like lacrosse and fast paced crazy action you will love this game as I do.

Thanks, RedHawk48! I agree with you that this game (Blast Lacrosse) will probably be a good buy if it is anything like Blitz or Kurt Warner's Arena Football Unleashed. I heard the new Lacrosse game from Activision Value will be released in December 2006, but I'm only 90% sure. I've heard this from about three different places, including Wikepedia Encyclopedia online.

I've never tried this game myself, but I have tried NFL Blitz and Kurt Warner's Arena Football Unleashed, which are said to be like this game. If this is true, I recommend getting this game. The reasons for doing such are below:

#1- It currently is the only Lacrosse game on the market BUT WAIT!!! Activision Value Productions has just signed a deal with NLL Lacrosse to produce a video game! So if you want more of a sim, wait for that to come out!

#2- Blitz and Kurt Warner's Arena Football Unleashed were both good games for what they were, and if this is truely like them, this game should be alright.

#3- Uhhh... if you come up with one, let me know!

The bad parts of this game you might see:

#1- Blitz and Kurt Warner's Arena Football Unleashed were rather cartoony looking, with exaggerated hits and no penalties.

#2- The dissapointment you get when you expect to get a simulation game like Madden NFL and it turns out to be 100% Arcade is really hard on you, especially when that game is the only game on the market for that sport.

All in all this game sounds alright. I based my stars of this game on what I would rate Blitz. Personally, I'll just wait for Activision's game to come out. But, heed this warning: DO NOT buy Blast Lacrosse unless you know what you're getting yourself into, because for this price, you'd better like it.

this game is like a 1990 arcade game pretty much. its fun too play with friends and to laugh at, but it [is really bad]. The reason i give it 3 stars is cause its the first lax game, and everyone knew it was gonna [be bad]. so get it for the winter when you cant actually play lax, and just have some fun with it.

Come on this game didn't go big dawg. Do not by this game cause its a fool. First all the lacrosse sticks don't look real. I mean look at the cover who would be able to cradle a ball in taht small of pocket. Also, they should have college teams to cause they are the shizzle. Also, I think they should have made real lax pads made my real companies. Like the shaft saying stx kind of like how they have in tony hawk 3. Take advise from me and stick with nhl 99 or 98 for sega saturn cause this game remind isn't even close to those games

Alright, I think this game is AWESOME!...It's almost exaxtly like real indoor lacrosse. And i bet ya that if enough are sold, they might do a outdoor one. They could make it a little more realistic though. I mean make it so you can make whatever shot you want. Like a elevator or any kind of crank. Also, some better graficts would be better. But this game is so cool outside of those few little details. Just to say im 14 and have been playing for 4 years, all seasons exept summer.PLEASE BUY THE GAME...

Yo this game could be off the chain with all the new gamin technology out. Put some cats on the Blast 2 project for PS2 and you'd have a top-selling game. Lax is growing in the US and the people with Playstation should take advantage of it. Also, they should put more research into the game cause they left out some really important parts of the game, like dodging. This game could have a lot of potential.

This game is terrible. It's cartoon violence makes it seem like a looney tune game. It is very unrealistic. The people that say it is good are drunk or afraid to tell the truth. With as much hitting as it has without penalties, it looks like a game that a bunch of drunk 11 year olds would play on the playground without any teachers. I rate this game a 2 because it is ammusing for about ten minutes(that's how long it takes to load the game).

If you play lax as much as I do, You are probably stoked for this game as I was. I think this is The absolute worst game Ive ever played. In lacrosse there is 3 attacks, 3 midis, 3 defenders and a golie. In this game there are 4 runners and a goalie. I was hoping this would be something like an NHL game by EA. But this has taught me that I should never buy acclaim. They just cant make sport games. So If I was anyone wanting to buy buy thiis game I would use the money and give it to the person you absolutely hate. Because that is a better investment than buying this game.
