personally, I don't care how the game play is going to be for this game or how good the quality of the images are going to be.... this is lax, baby, THE FASTEST GAME ON TWO FEET. Whether it's indoor or outdoor, it is still lax, and I can tell you right now, this game is going to rock...

If you are a PS2/EA Sports player - the graphic quality of the game initially will be disappointing, but don't get discouraged by this. The game actually has a SNES feel to it more than anything, but it's still a lot of fun to play. The more you play it and the better you get at it, the more the subtlties of the game start to resemble real lacrosse (i swear I saw a behind the back move a few times). The two keys to having a ton of fun with this game are to learn how to pass, especially using the lob pass. More imprtantly realize how fast they have tried to make the game play - initially this speed is extremely frustrating because it's hard to make any progress before getting decked by the CPU controlled players, but once your brain sort of gets used to the intense quickness which is required to connect a few moves together - the game starts to get really fun, and a lot more similiar to the real game...and although the commentary can get annoying it's actually pretty funny if you don't take yourself and your video games too seriously...

If you're a pure photo realism die-hard, you'll hate this game. If you like the old gameplay style of early versions of EA hockey games and such, you should have a blast with this game...bottom line, it's fun enough for version 1.0 - future versions and a field game will be the real test...

Finally a lax game came out I have been waiting for so long I have sent numerous reviews to sites such as playstation, N64. I never got a response saying, that a lax game would come out. This is cool but make a college lacrosse game or even better MLL. This going to be great.

Can't Wait!!! Today is the day it comes out !!(supposedly)

I have been a season ticket holder for the Philadelphia Wings and I have always wondered when a video game would be made for Lacrosse. Not only am I excited that it is finally here, but to be endorsed by the NLL and have the actual players is awesome!!! Oh, and to the Bandits fan..... This is the ONLY way you can "make" the Bandits beat the Wings. Oh, I mean the 2001 NLL Champion Wings!!!!!

this game is like a 1990 arcade game pretty much. its fun too play with friends and to laugh at, but it [is really bad]. The reason i give it 3 stars is cause its the first lax game, and everyone knew it was gonna [be bad]. so get it for the winter when you cant actually play lax, and just have some fun with it.

All you people say you are happy that a lax game is coming out. But then you complain that it is only a indoor game.. Think what this game is going to lead to, future lax games for PLAYSTATION 2 imagine that... That would be sick, I don't care what kind of lacrosse it is, I can't wait to play this game

If you play lax as much as I do, You are probably stoked for this game as I was. I think this is The absolute worst game Ive ever played. In lacrosse there is 3 attacks, 3 midis, 3 defenders and a golie. In this game there are 4 runners and a goalie. I was hoping this would be something like an NHL game by EA. But this has taught me that I should never buy acclaim. They just cant make sport games. So If I was anyone wanting to buy buy thiis game I would use the money and give it to the person you absolutely hate. Because that is a better investment than buying this game.

Finally the best sport in the world has a video game!I'm not sure how this game will be the graphics will probably suck but its a lacrosse game so im sure it wil be a blast to play.This game should bring new fans to the sport and maybe EA Sports will make an outdoor lax game for PS2.

Yeah just what ive been waiting for a game with hard balls and big sticks and all the heavy hits even thought its not the real thing (out door) but i guess this will have to do. No in all seriousnes i think this game will be the Bomb! Fast pace just like nhl but with all the LaCrosse goodies too!
