I could barely get through the first few minutes of the game. Something about the shakey camera work style movement of Spyro made me really sick feeling. And, it was kinda boring.
Fun Game!

This was my first Spyro game to play on a GameBoy, and I was very suprised at the amazing color and detail of the game! This game has great graphics and color and music. The 3-D world also makes Spyro: Season of Flame more challenging. The only thing that disappointed me was the incredibly short amount of time it took me to complete the game. In this game, you have to save all of the fireflies and stop Ripto and company from taking over the Dragon Realms. There are 3 bosses in all. And, when you get tired of playing Spyro, you can takes a break and play Shelia the Kangaroo or Agent 9 the monkey in their own levels! This game has two mini-games: Dragon Draughts, or checkers with dragons as the pieces, and Sparx Panic. Sparx Panic can only be unlocked when the game is 100% complete and you have collected ALL 100 fireflies and ALL 8000 gems. The secret game is a great way to push you to actually COMPLETE the game instead of just winning. I'm not going to spoil the suprise, but I will tell you that it is a lot of fun and worth completing the game for. Actually, Sparx Panic is harder than the Spyro game itself. This game is a lot of fun and is definately worth trying!
It's good...

It's a good game. The only hassle is fireflies don't come that often, and for alot of zones you need alot of fireflies to open them. Also, those zones lead to Rhynoc hideouts, and you have to stop the Rhynocs from taking ALL of the FIREFLIES. Therefore, you wouldn't beat the game, which is a big hassle!!! Other than that, it has some great graphics, making the game look like a one-screen Nintendo DS game. Plus, there are some nice challenges, which leads you to crazy things! Also, it has some good music, the kind of music you would hear in Zelda. If you don't have this game and wan't a challenge out of Spyro, you should get this game.
My favorite!!!!

I first found out about this game when a friend lent it to me.....I liked it so much, I bought it!! The graphics are excellent, and the different worlds are amazing!! The Sheila worlds are kinda hard, but I used some online walkthroughs to not only help me through the levels, but unlock some fun cheats!! (ex. All breath abilities, invincible, infinite lives, etc.) This game would be perfect for gamers new to the GBA Spyro series, and is well worth the money.
