Best Party Game For The Wii

5 Rating: 5, Useful: 0 / 0

If you're looking for a great party game, this is the game for you. It's got many mini-games that are perfect for passing along the wii-mote during a party.

The graphics are not stellar, but that's not the point. I was surprised with how many different ways you use the wii-mote in the game. The elephant is a particular favorite.

The re-playability value is also part of this game's charm.

Great game!!!

The game is good overall it is very fun and entertaining not only to play but to watch as well. Some of the games can get redundant after awhile.

Gets us off the couch!

I agree with other reviews about the quirkiness and fun of the mini-games - additionally, this well-designed game uses the Wiimote to its full capacity.

However, my favorite thing about this game is that it gets us off our butts - we have to get up and dance around to play this. I bought a Wii specifically to get the kids off the sofa (too many days of coming home and finding the 8-year-old semi-comatose in front of the TV) this summer, and of all the games we have played, this is the best for getting us moving. (Carnival Games and Wii Sports do this relatively well, but we've finagled ways to sit and play most of the others!)

Highly recommended!

Fun and interesting!

This game is fun and interesting, but this game fits in the Super Mario genre. If you still play Super Mario, Mario Kart or any of the games like this, you will love it. Otherwise, it might not be for you and not worth the money!

Spastic, Absurd Fun! I Love It!

Seriously, trying to comprehend this game is like a brain-aneurism, but still is one of the best experiences I've ever had. I first got this game to play with my college-aged friends and it is one of the best "party" games for the Wii. I have never laughed so hard at a video game.

There are disco cats, hitting toothles, Chinese men before they get your oranges, zipping up people into panda suits for the zoo, and all sorts of surreal games with a time limit. I can't talk about how exciting this game was simply because you could really say "I didn't see that coming." We even braced ourselves for the weirdest of the weird, and Wario Ware: Smooth Moves was able to out weird us.

The Wii remote ties into seamlessly with what is trying to be accomplish; I had no trouble figuring out what I needed to do to flip the pancakes or stick a finger in someone's nose.

I feel like Salvador Dali would have enjoyed this game. I've never played a more wacked out game and enjoyed it.

Absurd, but awesome

All I can say is you have to try this game. At first it seems ridiculous, but its addicting. Its as much fun to watch others play as it is to play yourself.

As a relativly new gamer, I find some of the movements awkward, and I find the remote can be either too sensitive, or not enough, but overall the its not a percise game... general movements is all it takes.

This is fun for any age... highly recommended!

Great fun!

The first five minutes we played this all I could think was... DUD. I'm glad we played a little longer though. My husband and children and I LOVE this game. It will get you moving pretty good, especially having to do the dance videos. It's great fun to watch your 36 year old husband pick a fake nose then have a sword fight. Or watching your children debate on which rope to cut during the multi-player mode.

I'm very glad we got this --- it's fun for all ages.

Ridiculously fun!

WarioWare Smooth Moves is my favorite game for the Wii! Not only is it hilarious to play, it is just as much fun to watch others! The poses are all wonderfully fun, and easy for the whole family to play. My 7- and 9-year olds were able to learn how to play easily. The multi-player mode isn't available until you've done a fair amount of single-play. There is one multi-player game, in particular, that is a lot of fun to play together--sort of a tandem race where two players stand side-by-side (one holding the wii-mote and one holding the nunchuk) and alternately jump over holes and "sticky strips." I've played this one with my kids and with my parents, and every time, everyone in the room is in stitches!

The minigames are ingenious, and the music and graphics are catchy and fun. This game is definitely worth purchasing!

Hilarious

This game is stupid fun. Takes some time to unlock the multi-player option, but it's still a lot of laughs watching each other act foolish to win stupid trials of quickness. A lot of fun!
