Rollercoaster Tycoon is such a terrific game that it isn't necessary to buy an added attraction.However!,it is way worth it to do so.Loopy Landscapes(and added attractions)is a valuable extension,with HEAPS more parks to unlock,and more of everything.Also see my review on Rollercoaster Tycoon.

I admit it. I'm addicted. Roller Coaster Tycoon has kept me busy for hours. Loopy Landscapes is the latest expansion pack to this great game and I like it! It adds lots of different rides and theme-park landscaping that really helps make this game even better. Some of the parks I have created would have just not been possible without it!
My daughters (ages 7 and 11) are just as addicted. Maybe it's heredity, but it seems that this pack appeals to all ages.
I'm probably somewhat biased, since I would buy any and all expansion packs for this game whenever they came out. This pack just makes this game much more enjoyable (...and don't forget that RCT was a great game to start with.)!
An excellent game! Must have for any fan!

Loopy Landscapes is by far the best Chris Sawyer has come out with yet! With new themes, including Medieval, Creepy, Ice, and more, and new scenarios, an updated scenario menu, and many, many more options for you to customize, I give this two thumbs up! The game isn't too good for beginners, but if you are a beginner, practice on the original and Corckscrew Follies scenarios before trying these. Arid Heights is a good one to start with on Loopy Landscapes-don't try the Real Parks or Bonus Parks until you're really good!

This is a must have for roller coaster tycoon fans. The new rides are awesome and the new scenery keeps you busy for hours and hours. Some new rides include, The Circus Show, Wooden Side Friction Roller Coaster, Vertical Air Coaster, Enterprise, Virginia Reel, Crooked House, and thats just the beginning. I haven't even seen a fraction of them yet. Also there are new shops and stalls. Some new shops/stalls: HotDog Stand, Coffee Cafe, T-SHirt stand, and more. Also, EVERY ride can play music which makes it more like a real amusement park. There are also new landscaping options, new view options, new footpath options, new ride design options, banners which you type the text for, new entertainers, and over 60 new scenerios!!!!!!! WELL WORTH IT!

Loopy Landscapes & Corkscrew Follies really added a lot to the first game. Without them, RCT probably would have collapsed on its own.

I like this game and play it now and then, but they just made this game way out of most people's league. Most of the parks are impossible to build on, that or when you finally get the hang of ityou need more land and then you run out of money.
I only recommend this to the die-hard gamers.

The parks are very hard. Notably hard are (and these are accesible from the start) Funtopia in Corckscrew Follies, and Whispering Cliffs, and also Haunted Harbor (you get after beating 1 in Corckscrew) is so small and impossible. I shut it down and built over that dumb Woodpecker ride.
Anyway, This expansion leaves much to be desired. Nothing has changed except rides and scenarios. There are some new paths but the gray tarmac works for me.
So worth a buy...maybe. But the guest's thoughts are on a limited scope still. And they aren't smart at all. Your ParkMap should be more detailed,!

This oldie but goodie is such a great game. This is the 3 rd disc I purchased to replace the original disc. From windows 95/98 to windows XP this game can be played.
