(I don't actually have the game, but I going to get it for my birthday.)
I read the reviews and it sounds very fun.
There are about 120 animals and about 500 objects to build a zoo.
There are wolves,bears,dinos,birds,reptiles,aquatic animals,and much much more.

I CAN'T WAIT TO GET ZOOTYCOON C.C!!!!!!!

I bugged my dad into getting this after I got all the trial versions, and it was AMAZING! Not only can you adopt animals, but you can also adopt dionsaurs and other prehistoric andimals and marine animals. There are a lot of fansites with downloads for this game (example: http://www.zklounge.com) that users created! People obviously put a lot of time to create these animals and they also create hacks (things that make the game just a LITTLE easier; ex. unlocking things at the very begining at the game) and objects. The only reason I rated this 4 stars is for some unknown reason, the game crashed and now I can only use disc 1 :-(. (But it's STILL fun!)

My dad got this game for me and my sister. It teachs you animal habitats so you can have a zookeeper's thoughts. In this game you are the maniger. So you can release the lions & make guests wild. You can get almost every animal. Take care of your animals or they will be not happy.

I got this last summer and i love it! but what i don't like is when i put a Tyrannosaurus in my Spinosaurus Exhibit i don't understand why Tyrannosaurus Kills the Spinos what i like is whatching the carnivourus dinos attack the guests and if you want to get Dienosuchus name a exhibit Super Croc and I also recomend a game called WILD LIFE THE ULTIMATE ANIMAL PARK SIMULATOR!

I absolutely LOVE Zoo Tycoon, although I admit it's so much better with the add-ons. The main game is alright, but once you get the dinosaurs and marine life, the sky is almost the limit!
I enjoy letting the large animals out, as anyone obviously can't resist, but I do find that for children, this is a somewhat educational game. It teaches you how to manage money, (sorta) and you get to learn about animal life styles. (Ehe, if you actually take the time to read them) But overall, this is a wonderfully time consuming game.

I got this game for Xmas and still can't stop playing it. This game is really fun for those "experimental" types, you know, those who like to see which animal can beat up the other animals ;) So far the winner is the Penguin. O.o Dont ask ;) I love this game, and what Zoo Tycoon game would be complete if you couldn't raise a T-Rex and a Spinosaurus and let them battle it out Jurassic Park Style? The Marine exhibits just get on my nerves because of the size and the cost of the animals, and the dino exhibits are REALLY expensive.
I'd love to be able to zoom in once more. . .but that's okay, you can see the little animals bouncing around without it!
Awesome game, have fun playing it, i really reccomend it to anyone who likes animals and/or hours of mindless fun that you can scrap and start over if you don't like. And if you have a sadistic side to you, have some fun by letting out the Rex with three or four hundred guests in your zoo and blocking off the door . . .not that i've ever . . .really. . .O.o he ate 300 people that fast!?

ive had this game for a few years now and I still love it this game is the best computer game ever. Youve got to buy it! gameplay 5/5 stars! I play this game hours at a time. Once I start playing it I never stop. It mad fun!!!

This Game is soooo cool! You are able to make marine animals and real dinosaurs! If you put a mermaid statue into a tank, you will get a mermaid. This game is the BEST!!!
