Wouldn't run at all!!!

This wouldn't run at all on my grandson's computer, because it requires a WHOPPING 1.2GB (yes GB) of FREE disk space, just to install it!!!!

Now I have to buy him a new computer just to run this game! Aaargh!

Im not saying it sucks, but its over rated

Im hearing a lot of people praising this game, and im not saying it sucks it is a good game but it isnt a "great" game besides the graphcis are.I thought this is a kinda of a disapointment from the earlier game (sim city 3000/unlimited) becuase I realy liked that one such as the funny and helpful news ticker and etc, I dont know what they were thinking about that stuiped newspaper that goes at a unreadable speed but anyways lets get to the point,this game seems a little rushed and it is noticeable and now there is no sign that maxis is making a new sim city for PC in these 4 years and + that little rush seems like maxis is done with it and staying with the sims (very popular and i can see why).So we have to move on i dont think they are comeing out with anymore so i advise getting monte cristo city life that seems pretty good to.But if you are still looking in to this game is working its way to the archive file,it can keep you entertained and well worth price, but it does run a bit sloppy even if your conputer way beats the reqs but it is still good,But enjoy it while it last becuase my advise is to consider buying a newer game such as city life.

This was my first Sim City game since Sim City 2000 way back when... I was pretty impressed with it, but there seems to be some problems with the display. Also, it runs kind of slow even though I have a fast computer with a decent video card. The "Rush Hour" expansion pack is worthless. Basically if you can save 5 cents by not getting the expansion pack, you might as well. But I still think the game is fun and worth getting if you like Sim City games.

I thought this game was fun but dupid. the only good part is that you can blow up your neighbors house at no expence or cost!!! This game is an outrage!!

sim city 4 was a sierousley bad game no senarieos whats up whit that. also the sims keep complainaing their like;;kids have laptops teachers drive luxry suv s;; id think theyed be glad about good education. i would consieder it a un luckey break form the under funded school systme of mnps. 2006

sim city 4 is so much fun because if i build somehting then don't want it demolish it. i had so much fun with sim city4 i bought sim city 4 rush hoour now that is fun!

Played Sim City many years ago, and it is improved. I believe that it needs to be more interactive.

I loved earlier Sim City's, so this one looked like the end all be all. I tried installing it on 2 totally different systems, and it will not work on either system. One system is a Toshiba laptop, Satellite 2455-S305, which i bought i FEB03. The other system is a home built, Intel P4 running XP Pro. I went to Simcity's website and there are no patches available yet. This game could not have been tested AT ALL before they decided to market it... i thought only microsoft sent things out the door only half baked???
