This is my first game review ive ever done. Well let's get started. If you like snowboarding then this is the game for you. Amped also has a variety of boarders including you if you want to create your own player. There is another cool thing that I like about this game and that's...Sponsors. If you trick off of height for the media you get media points. If you get the needed amount then you earn a sponsor. Do what they like best to leave them AMPED! This isn't some sort of game where you are a snowboarding bunny tricking over carrots. It's a real game. Amped is Rated E for Mild Lyrics. Get it soon and I mean soon. The next game review that I will do will be for a game that I have for Xbox and that is NFL Fever 2002. Email me if you have any questions or need some codes.

This game is the best snowboarding game I have ever played. The flaws of the game are the explorer competitions you have to do to beat the game. Besides that i highly recommed this game. I think it is much better than ps2's cool boarders. If you like snowboarding games than this is your game.

Snowboarding games continue to be among the best out there for the PS2 and XBOX and AMPED is excellent. It has excellent graphics, fluid gameplay and great replay value....a core game for any collection.

What can I say,... It rocks.

Hey, I didn't even like snowboarding before I saw this game. But I love the game. There are a large number of different runs that you progress through, and lots of tricks to learn to really rack up points.

The only thing I would warn people about is that it requires alot of practice and dexterity to get the controls down, since it uses nearly every button on the controller during normal play.

Overall, I think it is great.. The graphics are very impressive, and I want to go ski every time I play it :), and the game play is something to keep you busy for quite awhile.

this game totally rocks, it could knock ssx tricky right out of the sky. it is down right realistic with an awesome soundtrack and graphics. dark summit is a joke, so if you want a solid snowboarding game, get amped: freestyle snowboarding

This game is the best snowboard game ever. I have the game and the graphics are great. The controlles are ~good~ but it'll take a a day or two to get them down. Also it's not racing it's completly tricks. Also you can download Mp3's on it and listen to them while you are playing. So in other wod buy it.
P.S. The graphics look Awsome

Amped Freestyle Snowboarding is Arguably the greatest/ most realistic snow boarding game. If you liked 1080 or THPS 1 OR 2 , YOU WILL LOVE THIS GAME. Career mode is awesome. This game lives up to its hype and more. I should know because I actually bought it!!!

This game is awsome its so sweet and if you want cool tricks bring out the bucks because this game has it all. It has tons of varietys of ramps alot of mountains with multiple runs on each. If you are wondering if you should get SSX or amped well if you want a racing game get SSX but if you want TRICKS get AMPED.

Amped is the first snowboarding game focused on freestyle riding down real mountains. There is none of that cheap manualing down the whole run or pulling 70,000 points of every jump it is just real tricks off real jumps on real mountains. I wouldn't say the multiplayer mode is the best but the Career mode is out satnding. The point in Career mode is to go from a world rank of 126 to a world rank of 1. To do this you need to impress sponsors, beat the pros, stoke the media, and even just get the classic high score.

Some of the Cons to this game is again the multiplayer mode and there are some really annoying sound effects.
