I found this game absolutly hilarious. Any game that you can throw a cow and it measures how many meters you throw it, is jsut great. The rabbits in this game will make you fall over laughing. Alot of the games, also, are exhasting. After running the first time, i had to sit down almost. I was wiped.
So its deffinatly not a sit down game. Unlike some other games, this game requires you to move at all times. Everything is motion activated. But its well worth it. And its a good way to work out without noticing it and while having a great time.
Simple but attention-grabbing fun

A friend of mine initially bought this game when he and I were finally able to buy Wiis for ourselves. We each bought several titles initially, but this was the only one he played. After hearing his experience, I finally went over and tried it out myself. I was hooked instantly. I went out the next morning and bought it.
The overall game is a collection of mini games which you need to complete in order to advance to the next level. Each game takes between 30 seconds and five minutes to complete. Generally, I was able to complete each level in about ten minutes. This gives you an excellent opportunity to the play the game in small increments without having to dedicate excessively large blocks of time. As a generally casual gamer, this seemed very attractive to me.
That being said, I could not pull myself away from it. I played for four hours the first day and two on the next day to beat the story mode of the game. I immediately started the mini games.
I was previously unaware that the mini games have a competitive aspect to them. At the conclusion of each game, you are given an online code. [...]
The game does a fantastic job of using the unique controls of the Wii. The mini games use the controllers in a wide variety of ways.
The Best Wii Game So Far!

I love this game!! I will start by saying that I am not a huge video gamer, I never had a game system growing up and the only games I ever really played were Mario Brothers and Tetris at friend's houses. But Rayman is a must own for people that have a short attention span, or don't want to get into a game that takes an entire month of their life to get through or you need to spend hours looking up play hints online.
There are lots of mini games and so much variety that you can never get bored. You can play in Score Mode, each mini game at a time, or you can play in Story Mode, where you have to beat each mini game to move on to the next level and unlock more games.
From games like flinging a cow or pig wrangling, to slapping bunnies that are singing out of tune and pulling worms out of a bunny's rotting teeth it is the most fun you will have with your Wii! You MUST own this game!

I can't have friends over without people asking to play Rayman. Hammer throwing cattle, milking pigs, dancing with bunnies, and plunger-hunts. This game has it all.
The use of the wii-remote is excellent and makes for a fun party game, but it's the crazy presentation that really sells it to a crowd. This game, with it's truly bizarre mini-games, is sure to gather a crowd of people shouting "I've got the next game." And it really is a tremendous amount of fun.

(I'm not a kid! I'm just lazy)
Ok! so what is this? It's a rayman game of course! but it's no ordinary rayman game! It's Rayman Raving Rabbids! and it's coming to a wii near you!
The first thing I noticed in this game was the total lack of any traditional rayman game play. And what has it been replaced with? MINIGAMES! It's like Wario ware Rayman style. I was actually suprised to see how good the gameplay holds up! I would say it was suprisingly fun. I got it in a wii bundle and thought OK another Rayman game that's cool. But then I found myself playing so many minigames that My wrists hurt and I nearly bleeding from the eyes! YEAH IT'S ADDICTIVE!!! I would get frustrated, put the controller down, then pick it back up! it's like lays people!!!! LAYS!! (you can't eat only one) (in this case you can't stop playing.) So anyway.. This game is best for people like me with short attention spans and ....... um..... what am I doing here?.....
I love angry bunnies

This is an excellent game with a lot of replayability. It's good for any age so long as you like craziness. It's hilarious, with a good story line. By far the best Wii game I've seen as of yet. You are Rayman, a prisoner of the Rabbids who put you in a Roman colleseum style environment and make you play games to entertain them. Though the Rabbids are rather violent and use a wide variety of scary looking blunt weapons and yell a lot I wouldn't really call this game violent.
Funny game, but hard for littler kids

I agree with the other reviewers about the "fun" factor of this game, and it is funny to watch the graphics. I just have a word of caution if you have younger kids and are thinking of getting this. My kids are 4, 6 and 8, and on most of the mini-games, they had to hand the controller to me to complete the tasks and move on to the next "day". They were able to do some of what the games required, but not long enough/fast enough so they could complete the level, and they got pretty frustrated. Other than that, the game is pretty clever and unique in the ways they have found to use the Wii remote and nunchuk in typical Wii fashion.

I bought this game for my kids...it looked just entertaining enough for them. Next thing you know, the kids, myself AND Dad (not a big console game fan) were playing, laughing and having an overall fabulous time! No sitting on your butt for this one! Highly recommend for a great party game. Even playing the story mode, take turns! Because some of them, you cannot beat the first time. Hilarious game! Really...it's funny.

Rayman Raving Rabbids isn't a deep and thoughtful game, its just a silly romp, which isn't a bad thing. Playing this game is really just an extended demo of the Wiimotes abilities, and you realize that is the case but in the end you simply don't care because you also realize you've been grinning at the TV the entire time you've been playing.
This is a great launch title and really whets the appetite for things to come. Highly recommended. Its family friendly, and fun to play with others in friendly competition or cooperation. Worth the price.
