Very Fun

5 Rating: 5, Useful: 3 / 3

When I first started playing this game I wasn't sure if I was going to like it because the rounds are somewhat short and seemed a bit too easy. But as you move through the levels they get a little bit trickier...some are still pretty easy...but they definitely get a lot funnier as you go on. The rabbits had me cracking up at the tv and I was by myself! All I hope is that the neighbors couldn't hear me laughing while I was trying to keep rabbits in the outhouses or locate one singing off key to slap it straight.

You definitely get the most use out of the Wii remote and nunchuck with this game and you definitely get your share of laughs as well. I highly recommend this game to anybody of any age who needs a good laugh whether with a group of friends or on their own.

Psycho bunnies...

This was the first game I bought with my Wii back in November and I am glad I got it. Just the sound effects and all the nutty things the bunnies do is worth buying this game. It's pretty hilarious. My friends and I love playing it and people cannot stop laughing when they see it. It really shows off how versatile the remote/nunchuck are and the games are really fun. Enjoy!

Way Too Overhyped!

This game is way to overhyped. After reading all the glowing reviews I decided to shell out the $50.00 and now regret doing so. This game is mildly entertaining..not as hilarious as everyone says. The plot is lame and should've gone more in depth. The controls are fun at times yet also feel redundant. Everyone says how innovative this game was with the wii remote but I felt the controls were just too simple and basic. How many times can one milk cows, dance with rabbits, throw plungers, etc. At first it can be fun but it gets old real quick. When I beat some of the levels I didn't feel it was that rewarding or took much skill. This game feels like a blockbuster movie with nice special effects but no real plot and depth to it. I can ONLY recommend this game to young kids, while there are certainly older people who like it I just can't recommend this overhyped game so if you must buy it, pick it used and/or wait for the price to drop significantly cause its not worth $50.00, I am much happier with Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz which got mixed reviews and is easily the more skillful and entertaining game.

Hilariously fun

When I first saw the outstanding reviews for this game, I kept thinking "What's the deal? It's just a bunch of mini-games.". After playing it for a few hours, however, I now understand.

The mini-games are fun, utilizing the Wii-mote to its full extent, but the rabbids are really what make the game so great. Whether they're using the outhouse (with realistic sound effects), hitting each other with shovels or dancing La Bamba, they will make you laugh out loud. Most of the games are fairly simple, but they do progressively get harder as the game goes on.

Overally, it's a great launch title, and would be a great game to play with a bunch of friends or family. Even playing alone, you will have a great time.

Hilarious Quirky fun!

After getting the wii for Christmas I got 5 games. Wii sports, Legend of Zelda, Super monkey ball banana Blitz, Need for Speed Carbon, and of course.... Rayman Raving Rabbids. I must admit that I didn't expect anything too great to happen in this game. All I knew was that it was a game with loads of minigames. I was wrong, while the game Isn't much of a full fledged game like legend of zelda. The minigames make up for it... Bigtime! first of all the game makes great use of the wii's unique controls. From the first minigame (bunnies don't give presents) I knew the game was going to be the best party game I had ever played. Maybe even better than super smash bros. Okay, maybe not AS good as super smash bros. but it still is amazing. You basically start as Rayman and get thrown into a big arena full of rabbids. From there you play minigames by going into rooms that fill the arena. I've got to admit that I laughed after A Rabbid went flying into the air during the shooter game. The graphics aren't stunning but of course the Wii's personality... IT DOUSN'T MATTER!! I'm rating the game a 5 out of 5 because it's very foun to play and very funny at the same time. playing = beliving.

Great game play, lousy ending

What a fun game to play-assuming you don't mind performing various acts of mayhem and destruction on the unfortunate rabbits! Sadly though, my family and I, particularly my 5yr old, were terrible disapointed at the ending, which compeletely lacked any attempt at resolving the game and giving any closure to the story as presented in the game. That said, as long as you don't get too wrapped up in why you're playing the game, the individual mini games are a blast and have great repeatability.

Wii-Mote fun with limited time committment (4.5 stars)

We rented this game for the weekend and had a great time with it. Most of the minigames take tremendous advantage of the possibilities of the wii remote. The second game into the night entailed twirling a cow tied to a chain above Rayman's head with enough speed to launch him 60 meters -- to do this successfully you actually need to move the remote in a circular motion relatively fast. The crazy, evil bunny rabbits cracked us up - this would be a great party game for all ages.

The time spent "learning" how to play the games was minimal. There are only 1-2 games that we really didn't like. It's really a 4.5 star game. Games like this are the reason we bought a Wii.

Extremely fun mini games

Overall this is a very fun game. Initially I was disappointed that Wario Ware was not a launch title, but this game gives you everything Wario Ware does and more. There are a variety of fun and challenging mini-games. THe first person shooter games are hilarious. Definitely worth picking up.

Fun game - great value

So I bought this game for my nephew this Xmas and we opened it up on Xmas eve (we are playing now). All I can say is that this is one fun title. Although this may seem that the title is for the younger crowd, its actually pretty fun for adults as well.

At first RRR seemed like another one of those games that were released too early and had little value in it. Things initially were pretty easy and it got boring. The graphics looked blocky (think Nintendo Game Cube) and the shading/lighting experience basic, but don't get me wrong - this doesn't distract from the game. With the Wii, play value and just having fun is the norm and this is a great launch game for the console. Rayman Raving Rabbids is a kick and pushes play controller usage in all directions.

As the challenges progressed, it gets "goofy fun" and we were all on the floor laughing at the stupid stuff we were doing. Some of the mini-games can be frustrating for the younger kids but like most things, you have to keep persevering to finish the level. It requires some pretty good dexterity using both the nunchuck and wii controller.

Although there are over 70 mini-games, we have only gone through a dozen of them and its been a blast. The really fun games are the shoot 'em up plunger action challenges, the cow tossing and the disco dancing. Although this game may seem suitable for the younger kids, it really isn't - it can be enjoyed by people of all ages and in a group.

Weird, dorky and fun!

Hands down the best group game for the Wii yet.

I cannot help myself from bursting into hearty laugher as I'm playing this game, which I don't believe has ever happened before. Whether you are frantically waving the controllers playing "bunny DDR" or watching someone else try to pump carrot juice into the faces of an army of ominously advancing bunnies wearing scuba masks, the fun really doesn't get old. The graphics are hilarious and the humor darkly silly. I recommend this one to anybody of any age who doesn't mind embarrassing themselves a little for the sake of a good laugh. Pack up your Wii and take it to a party - you won't regret it a bit.

4 stars for the overall just because some of the minigames could stand to have their objects clarified slightly, as just a few of them have vague instructions.
