My 9 year old daughter bought this game with her own money. We paid $50 for it at that time. It was one of her first games. She played it almost non stop in the begining and still loves it. It is fun for everyone in the whole family. We all really love the mini games. A few of the mini games are really hard. A few are boring. Most are really fun though. I also like that you can play alone or with others. I would buy this game again and have told others to buy it. The controls for each game took some getting used to but there are directions before every mini game and you can practice before the 'real' game. We like to practice the ones we really like over and over.
GREAT! MAYBE THE BEST PARTY GAME EVER!

I have been a Mario Party lover since we rented the third one for my 64 over four years ago. The number of characters & minigames has grown since it came out for gamecube. Now, after almost a year and a half of waiting, Nintendo has once again partnered with Hudson to make the seventh sequel to one of Nintendo's best franchises, Mario Party.
To me, 8's the charm, it is my favorite thus far, with non-stop fun. There are five ways to play and very active minigames. There are 14 original characters, including the 12 returnees from Mario Party 7 (Mario, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, Wario, Daisy, Waluigi, Toad, Boo, Toadette, Birdo, & Dry Bones). Plus two unlockable newcomers, Blooper (you may remember him from Super Mario Sunshine) and Hammer Bro (has been playable from the Mario Strikers games & Mario Superstar Baseball).
The minigames get better and better, from shooting Boos, to punching statues, to shaking up soda cans to dropping bomb-ombs. There are a total of 69 all-new minigames each requiring the wireless technology of the Wii Remote. There are also 10 extra-large minigames in the Extras Zone, where your Mii is playable, like Bowling, Table Tennis, Cycle Racing & more!
I highly recommend this game to anybody who wants a fun, entertaining & exciting game.
COME ON PEOPLE! THIS IS A GREAT GAME!

We got the kids a Wii for Christmas, and out of 6 games they now have, this is way and above their favorite. Our kids are 8 & 6 and we love playing with them. Just make sure you have the extra controllers needed.

This game is sweet, I'm a fairly regular gamer and I like to play video games, mostly sports and shooters. My girlfriend on the other hand is not a gamer at all, I mean pretty much the farthest thing from a gamer but as soon as she played this once she was absolutely hooked, now all I hear is " Can we play mario party?," "Do you wanna play a game of mario party?"

Para mi este es un juego que tiene que tener cada persona que posea un Wii.
Para los que dicen que no es divertido, dejenme decirles que yo tengo 22 años y tengo como 10 juegos de Wii y sin embargo este es uno de los juegos que mis amigos y yo preferimos jugar. Hemos pasado HORAS jugando este juego y es super divertido, ademas es un juego muy competitivo. Este es uno de los Mario Party que mas me ha gustado. Lo ùnico que creo que le falta a este juego es el modo online y mas pantallas, pero por lo demas esta excelente.
Para los que hablamos español les digo que el juego viene solo en ingles, pero casi no es necesario leer ya que el juego es muy intuitivo, pero eso si, NINTENDO deberia incluir mas el idioma español en sus juegos ya que el mercado latino es un mercado grande y merece respeto.
Bueno en fin, si lo que buscas es divertirte con tus amigos, entonces este es el juego ideal!!!

I bought this game for me 7 years brother and he loves the game. He likes to play alone and with his friends.
Also, this game is super fun if you invited friends to play. I'm 22 years old and my friends always come to my house to play
Some games are too easy, but the competition and the wii remote makes fun.

I am 21 years old and I have so much fun with this game. Do it on your own or with a huge party and you will have a blast! I recommend this game highly!

I purchased this game for my grandchildren to use on the Wii when they visit us. I have found that at age 66 I also enjoy playing this game. It is lots of fun for all ages.

We love this game! I play this with my 4 and 6 year olds. They love it! It has tons of mini games. A good thing to know is that each person playing needs their own remote. This game is a favorite at our house!
