Mediocre and overratted!

Game is ridiculously overrated. I thought it would be a lot of fun to play but it's just repititous point A to B type of arcade "racing" like in a game from 20 years ago; no online play option at all (In 2007? With a console that has internet access built in? Hello?). Graphics are just mediocre. No realistic physics model, poor choice and of little differentiation between vehicles, only a small handful of actual courses so the graphics are ho-hum. This is a $20 game, at best.

It is funny. I read the reviews and totally disagreed with them. I found this game to be silly. The flying trucks and loud music were annoying. Luckily, we rented the game to discover this instead of paying for it. Essentially, you can crash and destroy your vehicle many times during the race and still win. It does take practice but it is so unrealistic that it bears no resemblance to actual truck driving. Is this where video games are going?

This is one of the Best Wii games I've played! I gave it 4 stars overall because only a few people I've played with in the multiplayer mode could actually turn in the direction they wanted to go in. I have no trouble turning but some people do. Maybe it's the way I hold it, I don't know. I think this is a really good game and recommend it to anyone who likes racing games, crashing into other cars, or getting big air.

I received the product quickly, in good order and for a good price. However, I cannot adequately give a review of the fun or overall experience as my kids have only played it once so far. They are currently enjoying the sports package that came with the Wii...

Arcade fun....

I own quite a few Wii games and generally have good things to say about most of them. Excite Truck stands out though as being the most fun I've had with my Wii since I've owned it.

This game is just plain fun. Get past the "technical" aspects of gaming and the overly critical judgments of graphics, etc and this game will rock your world.

There is something ultimately satisfying about smashing into trees and other trucks....and being rewarded for it!

I also love the fact that I can listen to my own MP3's while racing and doing the challenge modes.

If you have never picked up a racing game before, or if you simply don't think that racing games are all that much fun I urge you to give this one a try. I bet it will win you over in a heartbeat.

I bought this game for my grandkids. They are very happy with it and they always tell me if a game is good or not. They rated this one 5 stars.

We got the Wii a few weeks ago and my six year old LOVES this game!! The tutorial at the start is a pain in the neck. A few of the moves took us several tries to master. But the Wii remote is so easy for my son to use compared to our old playstation.

If you are a seasoned player, buy this title instead of Monster Truck Circuit.

Its difficulty is a little higher than world circuit, the stunts are a bit more challanging, and it's more realistic on the crashes and engine overheating.

Although great, it's a far distant from Mario Kart Double Dash for the Game Cube. I hope Wii comes up with something very fun and challanging soon!

This game adds a good twist to the old boring cars and tracks; my kid really enjoyed this game!
