A STAPLE ITEM FOR PS2 OWNERS

My son asked for this game for over a year!! It is a fun game. There is some shooting but, honestly this is no more that what you would see on the news! There is no profane language. The game itself has interresting puzzles to solve and advance to the next level. Just being 007 is fun!!

No Bond's fans should live without?

This game is a bomb. Everyone is comparing this game to Goldeneye, Goldeneye is old and stop playing it already. This game has cool graphic and mission that will keep you going. If your a Bond's fan, go get this one now!

Very Spotty but Heck Its Bond

If this game did not have the Bond name and at least the cool movie clips in it from the movie it would easily get two stars, but that makes it worth three. So what's wrong with this game? First of all the controls are not intuitive at all. And after spending awhile resetting the controls to something I could use I found the interaction awful. I don't know how many times I died trying to walk down stairs and getting caught. Also the aim is terrible. It seems like no matter how well I aim I'm always off, finally I figured out that it seems to fire just above the actual aiming dot. The level designs are okay, but nothing spectacular and the graphics are decent but again nothing spectacular. Overall my biggest problem with this game is that it has a high frustration factor. You seem to spend more time dying from something accidental than doing what you were trying to do. Heck though it is Bond.

Wretched

As both a video gamer and huge James Bond fan, I am thoroughly disgusted with this game. After less than three total hours of gameplay, I had completed it. And what horrible gameplay it was, too. Choppy camera work, an unreliable targeting system, awkward controls, and voice acting that makes Ed Wood look like Shakespeare all contribute to an experience similar to 989's Syphon Filter with a swift kick to the crotch thrown in. The plot was even weaker and harder to follow than the rehashed You Only Live Twice/Spy Who Loved Me film's was. Without having seen the film, gamers would have no idea where they were or why they were there. The game's only redeeming factor (the source of this review's lone star) are the full motion video clips straight from the film interjected between levels, including the full gunbarrel and opening credits sequences, but if that's all I wanted, I would have just bought the video.

Watch Out, Goldeneye

Great for both the advanced and starting gamer . Very Accuratley Based on the movie, There are only Minor ajustments to fit the story. All it needs is a multiplayer deathmatch! Great game that will leave you shaken, not stirred(or slightly stirred , depending on how you play the game)!

Come on! You can't give us GoldenEye, one of the greatest games ever, then come up with this piece of filth in Tomorror Never Dies! For starters, it came out the same day that The World Is Not Enough hit theaters. Did somebody say bad timing? Oh yeah, I did.

The graphics in this game are okay, but nothing that will make you say, 'Wow, look at that!' You'll most likely go, 'It's okay, but I could've bought something better.' Bond is just way too skinny and overall, the graphics are just too rough and choppy.

After playing GoldenEye, you'll be expecting weapons you couldn't dream of, and a whole lot of them. Better look at Medal of Honor if you want to keep up that attitude. TND offers few guns and weapons to go with the boring and rather easy levels.

It's almost impossible to control 007 at times in the game, and when you're getting shot at, that's not too helpful. Better use a medical kit. Oh wait, you're about to die anyway. Bang! Restart level. I don't mind playing ten levels in a game, but at least give me some that are fun.

If you liked GoldenEye, and you think that Tomorror Never Dies is going to offer you the same impact, think again. It has no two player mode, and the game is overall put together rather poorly. Please trust me and buy Medal of Honor. It's the same price, but a much better game. Medal of Honor is number one on my list of games, where Tomorror Never Dies ranks maybe somewhere in the fifties. If you don't believe me, rent both games before buying, then say, 'He was right!' After you say that, feel free to go buy Medal of Honor.

Yes I have to admit, I am a James Bond fanatic :) so I couldnt give this game anything less then 5 stars. However, if you love James Bond, action, adventure etc. this is the game for you. The levels are very addicting but the game does lack multiplayer capability, probably the most addicting part of Goldeneye for 64. So, if you want an addicting.. good looking.. fun.. challenging game.. buy Tomorrow Never Dies.
