This game totally sucks!

I have been waiting for this game to come out ever since I beat Goldeneye. Goldeneye is the best console game ever designed. After I beat it I was so anctious toplay a sequel, then a year later this piece of ^@#$*& came out and I was really excited. I immediately rented this game from my local video store and proceeded to beat the entire game in less than 5 hours! It is so incredibly easy to beat and I cant stand it. It sucks! The graphics are horrible and the control scheme is completely #$%*#!@ up. Shooting the guys is impossible and there is a hoorible clipping problem that shows up everywhere. If you want to buy a great game of this nature get Syphon Filter or Medal of Honor. Please write into MGM and EA about how crappy is so maybe Rare will buy the franchise back! Do not buy this game unless you have a lot of cash to burn for no real reason!

Tomorrow Never Dies is disappointing

To state it briefly, this game isn't what is should be. If you're looking for an espionage, spy game play Metal Gear Solid instead. Or if you simply must play a Bond game, buy a N64 and play Goldeneye. This game might be fun to rent, but it's not a keeper.

I rented this game after christmas and i can say that it is not what it was supposed to be like. There isn't even a 2 player deathmatch! How stupid is a bond game with just the regular missions that are rediculous and boring. I rented it and I played it for about a day, and thats all i ever want to play it.

This has to be the worst game made for the Playstation console. Outdated graphics. 5 different weapons. And 10 levels that are shorter than Sonic the Hedgehog 1 2 and 3.

Tomorrow Never Dies is for yesterday...

Although 'Goldeneye' for the N64 was a total success, TND was not that great. If you are bored or have nothing better to do, this game would do.

It started out okay, but as the game progressed the objectives of the game were getting stupider, I mean, like in the second mission, where you have to take pictures, if we wanted a game where we take pictures all we would have to do is get a N64 and get Pokemon Snap and while we are at it get Goldeneye.

Other than that the game was overally boring, unless you haven't played many games, you would find this game extremely enjoyable.

No, no, no! Bad game! Bad game!

This is not a good game. This is pong compared to Goldeneye. The levels are way too small and easy. The shooting interface is whack. The graphics are sub par. The Weapon and item chooser interface is whack. The objectives for each level are extremely vague. There aren't enough bad guys to blast. The pace of the game is very slow. Overall, a pretty lame attempt to follow Goldeneye which is the best shootin' game ever. Save your money for Perfect Dark.

Its no Goldeneye

There are a few problems with this game. The control is unresponsive, the graphics are fairly grainy, and its difficult to tell when someone is actually shooting you. Everything that Goldeneye was, this game is far from, and not in the direction it needs to be. Rent this one first.

Way too many problems

I saw 'The World is Not Enough' opening day, and was shopping later that night. The day before, this game had been released, and since I was still excited about the new film, I bought the game immediately. At first, it was okay. You could watch the TND opening credits, and it had great cut scenes, but the enemies were dumb, and the missions weren't fun. First, there are only 10 levels, and they're pretty easy to beat. There are medical kits everywhere! I think I enjoyed the driving mission the best, but even that got boring after about 2 tries. There weren't many weapons, and unlike Goldeneye, it did not follow the movie all too closely.

This is what I liked about the game: first, 007 talked, and I thought the voice-overs were pretty good. The music was excellent, and it was Bond, so that gave me a little more enthusiasm to keep playing. But without a multi-player, I found that this game got to my shelf real quick, and never really made it back into my Playstation.

After deciding to give this game another try, I noticed one thing fatal to a shooting game. My gun wouldn't fire! I'd try to shoot the stupid enemies, and the gun seemed to be jammed. I eventually found this to be true with every weapon in the entire game. I returned it for a new copy, and the same thing happened! Eventually they allowed me to purchase another title, which made me glad, because this game was basically a disaster.

If you're looking for something to match up to Goldeneye, get Medal of Honor or its sequal, Medal of Honor: Underground. It has great weapons, it's a 1st person shooter, and it plays a lot more like a Bond game than this piece of junk...EA: stick to sports games.

Just right for quick gaming action

I am a fan of Tomb Raider, but not really a die hard fan. To be truthful, it takes me too long to get through the game without walkthroughs. I end up stuck at a level without knowing where to go or what to do, and the game gives very little assistance when it comes to amateur play. Well, this games doesn't do that. It gives me the much needed support, as if knowing that I'm not a gaming genius who can figure everything out eventually. This game is fun and friendly. Just what a semi-gamer needs. I really couldn't put it down. It's easy to play, but has just enough challenge to make you feel as though you're accomplishing something that's worthy of a "true gamer." Oh, and I loved how it followed the movie so closely. After I finished the game, I watched the movie again. The game actually helped me see stuff I didn't notice the first time I watched it. Cool beans.

An entertaining game

This was an entertaining games which was based on the movie. The graphics were a bit shotty, which is why it got 4/5 stars, but you still felt like you were part of the action as you played the movie. This is definatly a game you want to replay.
