ive played this earlier on some website while in tokyo
and all the other doas at my house,and it kicks ***.but
the best thing about it is the sweet landscapes,you push
out of a building and make him fall 100 feet down!second is
the fast gameplay,and lining up 3rd is the tag team matchs
overall,u should get this game when it comes out in america.
it really rocks,really

I think this is a great game, make sure you look at the backgrounds in pictures,they are amazing,and the fire, oh the fire is outstanding!!! [...]whoever looks at this and you are getting an xbox-make sure you get this game!!!

This one might offend some women, either who plan on playing or watching the game being played. Dubed "the bounciest fighter around", this game uses sex appeal to reach into the wallets or teens and young adults. Just don't let your girlfriend see what you've been playing....

This game really shows off the X-Box's graphics. If you have X-Box I would definetly recomend getting this game. The graphics are great and the setting really make the game look better. If you don't really like fighting games maybe you should just rent it first. I hope my review helped!! This is a great game.

Played this game at my college buddy's house this past weekend -- he's a program manager with Microsoft and had just got an XBox (man it's quite big!). This game is awesome!!! The graphics and gameplay are lightyears ahead of the Street Fighter series (the last kung-fu games I played). The fighting motion is smooth, the female characters makes you drool, and the gameplay is near perfect. The scenic design is truly breath-taking. Now I'm definitely going to get an Xbox with this game. See the premiere issue of the Xbox Magazine for more cool screenshots.

This is a great looking game visually, but if you think this is the reason to buy a [pricey] system, then you are wrong. Gameplay-wise, this has nothing much to offer and people need to realize that they are being sucked in by the Microsoft-hype-machine.

I don't have this game yet, but it's looking great. Just as good as the PS2's Dead or Alive 2. I hope that DOA3 has a storyline that is worth having. I don't like fighting games that don't have storylines on why they are fighting. Anyway, the graphics are so good in this game that if I didn't know any better, I'd say that these characters were either real people or characterized after real people. The XBOX is using the power that they have for this next-gen console, unlike they are doing for some games that they have coming out. I am looking forward to this game. I've heard that you can smash your opponents through walls...I hope so!!! I hope that this review has helped you on the choosing for your games on the XBOX...

okay i've playtested this game. (...) I completed the single-player game with one of the characters in under 10 minutes. No joke at all and I'm no champion player. Graphics in the game are very appealing along with the variety of moves for each fighter. Still, there is very little replay value when you complete the game so quickly. The storyline is pretty disjointed and it flips from scene to scene and you're wondering what the heck is going on. The empty dialogue is as bad as the Phantom Menace consisting of such witty repartee as "I'm going to defeat you!" or "Prepare to fight!" The storyline remains pretty similar for each character with only a few minor differences among them. Only real incentive to play single-player are the ending movies (...) Otherwise, this game could be worth getting ONLY if you have a bunch of friends that come over to play games. The head-to-head competition is pretty cool; you're able to go tag-team against other opponents and perform combination moves which are pretty sweet. This feature offers the only refreshing element in the game. You'll be quickly bored otherwise. An intermediate player will likely complete the entire story mode for all fighters in a matter of hours.
