A marvel for a new Jedi gamer...

I started my gaming career four years ago with Half-Life and its "mods." With this recent game from LucasArts, I was amazed at its graphics and levels and shocked that the same company that produced "X-Wing" could make something similar to Unreal, Half-Life, or other shooter games. I only wish that this game would be more stable on my Win OS; I had to restart the game a couple of times before continuing. And I also hope that LucasArts would stick more towards PC's rather than producing it's Star Wars games for gaming consoles.

I got the game right as it hit stores and let me tell you this game is Awesome!! The gameplay is beyond fantastic in both single and multiplayer modes. The AI is quite the pest at times, not meaning in a bad way but in a too real sort of way. The stormtroppers flank your position and will stop at nothing till you are dead or just until you slice one of their arms off. Something really makes you feel good when you can sit back and watch in slow motion as you stick your lightsaber throught a Dark Jedi Rebirth. I could sit here and jabber on and on about the game but I will end here. I have to get back To Kyle Katarn and saving the galaxy from the Sith.

P.S. Can You Say GAME OF THE YEAR!!

Star Wars Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast is by far the best Star Wars Computer Game out there. I knew this was going to be a good one when LucasArts team up with Raven Software to make this game. Raven Software is one of the best Computer Game Developers out there right now. The graphics, the music, and the sound are unbelievable. I've only played the first level in the Single Player game so far, but from what I've seen and heard so far I was impressed. When I was playing this game, I thought I was in a Stars War movie. It was so much fun getting into blaster gun battles with my blaster rifle against the evil Galactic Empire Stormtroopers. The Stormtroopers don't just come at you when they're fighting you. They actually team up against you and when the Stormtroopers can see they are losing a battle with you, the ones that are left still alive will actually run away from you and hide somewhere to try to ambush you. It reminded me of the blaster gun battles fought in the Star Wars movies. I can't wait to go through more levels in the game. I hope LucaArts teams up with Raven Software to make more Star Wars Computer Games in the future.

Nice Game. Good game to pass the time. More involved than the last one. One thing wrong: LOAD TIME! I have never in my life had a game that took this long to load. When I start this game, I can wash and wax my car, only to come back and wait for it to finish loading. It is not like I have an old system.
1.7 GH, 256mb RDRam, Nvidia G-Force 2 GTS, & 48x cdrom.
You have to have the patience of Job to wait on this one. Younger less patient people will throw something or pitch a fit.

This game rocks out loud. Sure it's a little old but who could hate slashing storm troopers in half. It's way better than jedi academy, trust me. It only costs 20 bucks i mean come on. You can use force powers, a lightsabre, and a arsenal of weapons like bazookas. THIS GAME RULES, THE BEST STAR WARS GAME EVAR!!!!

Probably the jewel of the Star Wars franchise in the 90's era.

This is great, the way you can switch between a first person shoot-em-up to a lightsaber 3D action game. Loads of fun. A must have for any gamer who wants to own a historical, impossibly fun game.

You do not need to be a die hard Star Wars fan to love this game. I spend hours at a time playing this game. This game is a first person shooter along with a lightsaber wielding head cuttin off action pact game. You start with only a gun and stun baton but you pick up other weapons along the way. When you get your lightsaber, the fun factor multiplies by a million. I can't get enought of taking hacked at helpless storm troopers, then when they fall to the groung dead, you can still chop them up. The comments that the enemy AI make are sometimes very funny. The enemy AI are very smart and will try to surround you (expecially when you get your lightsaber). When you have you lightsaber you can deflect blaster shots. The coolest part of the game are the force powers. Your character developes his force powers as you advance throught the game. I love using force choke on people because it lifts them off the ground and then I can through them off a cliff and here them screeming all the way down until their voice gradually dissapears. You can even use the lighting power that Emperor Palpatine uses in Return of the Jedi. This is the coolest game ever made. A must buy for even somewhat Star Wars fans.

I have played different Star Wars games, but this Jedy Knight II is the best! The 3D graphic is amazing, the sound effect is awesome, and the each leve is very challenging. You can change the level difficulty from beginner level to Jedy leve.

One of the nicest feature of this game is, each level has a puzzle that you need to solve and it makes the game more interesting and it provides hours of entertainment.

Once you start playing this game, it is going to hard to stop until you beat the game!

They really spent a lot of time developing this game and I highly recommend this game to Star Wars fans.
