Never Play But Looks Really Fun

This game has to be one of the best of the sims expantion pacs along with vacation and hot date. There are like 150 more things and about 50 more jobs not to mention more areas AND PETS. What an idea. Maxis will think of everything. This sims are going to be on Playstaion 2 and the INTERNET. The little neighborhood thing in the Sims is going to be a whole world neiborhood. THANK YOU MAXIS!

Horrible Bugs & Crashes

The game just came out and like many other buyers I went out and bought it! BIG MISTAKE!!

I have found that I am not the only victim of Maxis that many others have experienced the wonderful side affects of putting a game out before it is ready to be out! The first time I tried to install the game it crashed and I got an error message. The second, the third and the fourth time it just crashed. I get sent back out to the desktop every time. Don't bother asking for support or help with your game from the technical support people because they are just plain unhelpful! I really suggest people just wait till they put a patch out because otherwise it will be a frustrating time of reinstalling, deleting and starting from scratch to correct problems only a patch can really fix!

I would like to say that when The Sims come, I got it and install it into my PC. It speed is normal for me.
I only got max. 9fps for this.
Then, I got the expansion pack Living Large.
I am only got 5fps on it.
House Party --- 4fps
Hot Date --- (normal) 3fps (downtown) 0.1fps
Vacation --- (Not available on my computer yet!)
This expansion --- 1 fps

so what I am know is my Cyrix MII 300 is not yet for this game.
What i hope is not its graphics but PERFORMANCE!
Since its graphics is good.
I rate it was a BEST game but also got its bad.

The Best but get a good computer

This is a excellent Game! Get a great computer this game takes a lot a Ram and stuff! But besides that, I think it's great!
Get all the other expention packs(especially Living Large)and you'v got the best game in the world! This pack not only has pets, and gardening but there is a bigger neighborhood!
You can have your sims date at the new old town that is located in the bigger neighborhood(I think you need Hot Date to date in the old town.)this old town isn't just another downtown, no sir, it has lots and lots of fun activities plus the kids can come! the pets are realy cute and they can go on vacation(if you have Vacation expention pack.)plus there is a new french theme and here is a bonus! You can now put computers on vacation island and old town!Happy simming!(:-]

The Best Expansion to the Sims

You'll quickly find that this is the best expansion to the game, except for maybe Hot Date. Yeah, Old Town's okay, but the real reson is the pets! The Sima just wouldn't be The Sims without pets! For one thing, they are a game in themselves, providing more work than a regular sim! Also, don't be surprised for minutes to turn into hours when training pets! This quickly becomes addictive to train and show off your pets. Also, there are the countless pet and human interactions available now, and the slew of pet objects doesn't disappoint! For Old Town, it is fun to build markets or little coffee houses. It feels like you are building your own little Vermont town when in Old Town! Also, the new feature of growing crops is fun too! And finally, the objects and other stuff is great! Buy this pack no matter what!

Petz or no Petz

um well this game is like very good i think it is the best sim game there is i mean what more fun is there with petz. When i first got this game i was exicted and i still am, every day i'm on my computer on the sims, Theres alot of new house idems and animals you can go from a dog or cat 2 a little gold fish or even 2 a igauna. But the bad thing about this game is that if u get a dog or a cat that animal takes up 1 of ur icons, i mean it's fun 2 have pets but u need some space with the people. oh and one more thing u can't control the animals at all but ur sims can talk and play with them, other wise this game is the best u should really buy it. i rate it a 10 out of a 10!!!

*~I love this game!!! its the coolest game eva! It is sooo much fun to play. I think the game could have more chocies of things but o well. so you have to have this game.If your looking at this game also zoo tycoon is a real awsome game too oh and also rollercoaster tycoon is pretty cool too~*

What can one say about another expansion for The Sims? The resources that Maxis has devoted to their hottest-selling game has been fruitful, with some excellent results and a continuing customer base. I admit that they could have focused a bit more on general things to go along with the new pets, and general furniture/items as well, but all in all, Unleashed is a great feature to keep The Sims in business, with new things that everyone can appreciate.

I love dogs so this was great for me. It has some really cool features I would buy it if you are a fan of the series.

...Many of these things is Maxis going to pump out before they realize they need to make a NEW game??? After the end of time, maybe they'll come up with the brilliant idea of making A REAL SEQUEL! WOW! Who would have though Maxis would do that, I mean, after all, they only made FIVE expansions for ONE game. I can't belive they would do this again. The game still has the...sims themselves, the over priced trash cans, 1995 quality graphics, laggy gameplay, and let's not forget the fact that Maxis has been ripping off people like this(30 bucks for one expansion) since 1998. I think I'll ilegally burn a copy and then return it, thanks. >:) Kudos for Maxis, though, for mangaging to ruin a good game with so many darn expansions while still racking in the $$.
